Nakanishi's specialized EMC testing facility allows testing of RF noise and EMC compliance to ensure that our products meet and exceed all current EMC requirements around the world.

High-precision roundness measuring equipment. Core vibration is crucial to rotating equipment. Perfectly round rotating parts are necessary to achieve zero core vibration. Roundness is measured to an accuracy of 0.01 µm. (0.00001 mm)

Specialized waste treatment and recycling processes allow for 97% recycling of the cutting oils used in our facilities.

Water used throughout our factory is cleaned and processed prior to being released into a stream on our grounds where Koi and other fish live.
