Scope and Purpose

: The Council on Grantsmanship and Research (CGR) offers support and resources to facilitate grant writing and program review across

institutions of higher education in the State of Oklahoma. This list of external grant reviewers and program evaluators includes practitioners experienced

reviewing external grants and grant projects. The goals are to: 1) bring in new perspectives to improve external grant proposals, 2) build capacities that benefit

departments and staff within institutions of higher education, 3) be seen as another source of objectively, and 4) develop constructive collegiality between
