The fermentation tank, as the heart of any biogas plant, is engineered

according to industrial standards and has significant advantages compared to

conventional flat fermenters due to its elevated design (height > diameter):

• Very low occurence of sedimentation

• Lower floor space required due to high usable volume

• Lower dead volume fraction

• Optimized reactor space in terms of retention time, biomass retention

and volume load

• Long retention time achieved by single reactor

• Very low risk of short circuiting

• Advantageous surface-volume ratio (H > D), and subsequent low heat

radiation surface leads to reduced emissions/ heat loss from the liquid surface

• Low power input and low shear forces during stirring with only one central

agitator at low speed (18 rpm)

• Very low power consumption of the complete system

• Our independent quality standards mean that the client always receives the

best, most efficient and sensible solution for the enterprise

• Separation between planning and realization in the interest of the building

owner, providing a range of individually tailored solutions

• Industrial standard, high and enduring efficiency of all plants

• more than 10 years of experience gives you security for a technological

and economically optimized solution

• cooperation with several renowned institutes in the field of safety and

lightning protection engineering, guarantee high safety standards
