There is growing evidence of increasing demand for SET technicians at both skilled trade and associate professional occupational levels. However, for FE colleges to invest in recruiting additional teachers with the right level of qualification, knowledge, skill and experience and upskilling their existing workforce would require there to be a demand for SET technician programmes from the labour market. It is important to note that an identified need may not be converted into a demand, as employers may seek to provide the skills they need in other ways, for example, by employing graduates, or by upskilling in-house their existing workforce to take on technician roles. Further, even if a need can be identified at a national level this may not materialise as a viable demand at the college level, because of the dispersed nature of SET technician roles across the country. Thus, at a local level there may be insufficient expansion demand to justify the development of new programmes at say HNC, HND or Foundation Degree level, and therefore no demand from FE colleges to recruit additional teaching staff or upskill their existing teaching workforce. This could be addressed, for example, with local coherent planning of specialist provision.

Alcohol intake was defined as the consumption in the last 30 days of 5 or more doses of alcohol on a single occasion, if male, or 4 doses if female (Brasil, 2017b). Questions regarding hookah use and health consequences were elaborated based on studies in the literature, and the use of hookah was defined as having smoked at least once in life (occasional use) (Martins et al., 2015; Martins et al., 2014; Menezes et al., 2015). The prevalence of occasional hookah use was estimated for the total number of students and for each course, comparing the courses. Associations were made in having the outcome variable occasional or non-use of hookah) and socioeconomic variables, self-rated health and lifestyle. Information on use and knowledge of use consequences were compared between courses. To analyze the association between categorical variables, Pearson's chi-square and Fisher's exact tests were used. Multivariate analyses were performed by logistic regression using the enter method to identify variables associated with the occasional use of hookah. Variables with a p value < 0.20 in the bivariate analysis were included in the model, and the odds ratio and respective 95% confidence intervals were calculated. Variables on age when smoked hookah for the first time, number of hookah sessions smoked in the last 30 days, and number of people with whom they shared the same hose during the last session were presented using mean, standard deviation and median. To compare continuous variables, the Mann-Whitney test was used. Normality assessments were verified by histograms and the Shapiro-Wilk test. Data were processed in spreadsheets of Microsoft Office Excel 2010 for Windows. Statistical analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for Social Science program (IBM SSPS Statistics), version 15.0. Statistical significance was set at p < 0.05. The project was approved by the Independent Ethics Committee (IEC), under protocol number 2,409,715, CAAE 79731017.4.0000.0105. All study participants signed the Informed Consent Form (ICF) for research subjects, including the pilot study.
The study used descriptive-corre lational research design which  stated that “these methods include naturalistic observation, case studies, and surveys." It is emp loyed to test the degree of relationship between two or more variables  as cited in .First, the profile variables of college freshmen were described. Second, the listening skills of learners were described. After which, a significant relat ionship between these two variables was looked into, as well as the relationship of the learners’ listening skills in terms of receiving, understanding, re me mbering, evaluating and responding as related to their achievement in their English subjects.

The relationship between fine grain fraction and the engineering behavior of the soil depends not only on its quantity and the physical-chemical properties but also on the relative amounts and characteristics of the leachate as a pure fluid in landfill site. The compost factory leachate was more acidic and rich in divalent cations in comparison with the landfill leachate. Therefore, the compost factory leachate could cause more changes in the soil-water structure and water holding capacity. Tests showed additional extreme concentration of leachate did not cause a correspondingly high change in the plasticity index (Figure 4c).
Although, there are lot of programming language that could be used to program MCU unit, the most common ones are assembly language. The program written in the assembly language can execute faster, while program written in the C-programming are easier to develop and maintain. I have used the assembly language in 2 nd year and 3 rd year of my engineering project. So I have better command and knowledge of assembly language. Therefore assembly language was chosen to build the snapping system. The google maps are embedded in my webpage so, that the user can input the longitude and latitude to view the location.
The First International Signature Verification Competition was established in 2004 to provide landmark on signature verification systems SVC 2004.The signature database SVC2004(Task2) is taken from the University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong and used for the verification. This database consists of 40 persons each having 20 genuine datasets stored in a text file. The database has two sets of signatures, namely Task 1 and Task 2. Each signature is represented as a sequence of points , which contains X coordinate , Y co-ordinate , time stamp and pen status ( pen up or down ) along with the additional information like Azimuth, Altitude and pressure in Task 2. The signature is acquired from a Digital Signature Tablet  (WACOM STU-500 SDK) when the instrumented pen moves on the tablet. Each signature is simply represented as a set of discrete time dynamic sequences.
