In the more than 30 years since its beginning in 1980, the Chinese furniture industry has developed rapidly. Due to use of advanced equipment and the high technical level of workers, the quality of products has been improved, and sales continue to expand. In 2004, Cao et al. reported the production, market development, and wood imports of the Chinese furniture industry. Using a structural equation model, Robb et al. highlight the relative importance of the supply chain and operations practice and showed that the impact of practice on business performance is mediated by the capabilities of operations in Chinese furniture manufacturing. More than 10 years later, the Chinese fur- niture industry has developed from a traditional handicraft industry to a production using mechanical automation. Wu reported that Chinese furniture industry has become an important industry that produces many kinds of furniture, high economic benefits, more employment opportunities, and meets the demands of domestic and foreign markets. The Chinese furniture industry plays an important role in the international furniture trade, and the whole furniture industry is moving towards industrialization. Focusing on the evolution of research and development (R&D) capacity and net exports (NE) of the Chinese furniture industry, Cheng et al. concluded that if the world economy grows in a stable manner, the R&D capacity and NE of Chinese furniture industry should confirm the Tang et al.’s model. However, if a sharp fluctuation in the international market occurs, R&D capacity and NE of Chinese furniture

military law and sports law, and environmental and resources protection law, etc. into any department law can- not meet the demand of division rule in department law. In fact, it is divided and named in accordance with the field of social life, namely, we name the relevant law on science scientific law. Field law is a kind of law that uses the adjusting method and rule in existing department law to solve the specific social issues in a specific field, such as environmental and resources protection law is a kind of law that uses the adjusting method and rule in administrative law, taxation law, lawsuit law to solve the problem of environment and resources protec- tion. Field law is no longer like the traditional department law which must be categorized into a specific one by certain standard. The emergence of field law will constantly challenge the traditional department law, such as the tax law, budget law and finance law in economic laws, and the company law in civil law and commercial law will become the field law to govern their field. Once the law was divided into civil law, criminal law, ad- ministrative law, civil lawsuit law and criminal lawsuit law, etc., and in the future the law will gradually develop and is further differentiated and reshuffled (Niu, 2007). Undoubtedly, this trend is moving constantly toward the “field law”. As for the field law will replace the department or not is hard to say, but we are optimistic that field law is the trend of the micro process.
The quantifiable fixed-weight hierarchical structure model can be empowered according to a lot of refer- ences and experience of relevant experts, thus finding out a practical solution. This paper points out that the research of the difficulties and influence factors of the cultural development of South Lion is not enough today, but has a great impact on the cultural develop- ment of South Lion. This paper first finds out the obstacles in the
ABSTRACT: On the general direction of the economic system, China is in a crucial period of the establish- ment of the modern enterprise system and reform of the macroeconomic system, and a lot of high-quality busi- ness administration talents are required to make China’s economy be stably developed. This paper carries out time series analysis of the development situation of China’s business administration major: on the whole, the society currently presents an upward trend on the demand for the business administration talents. With the gradu- ally increasing demand for the business administration talents, various colleges and universities also set up the business administration major to train a large number of administration talents, thus leading to an upward trend for the academic focus on business administration.
Ocean monitoring is the basis for studying the ocean, developing the ocean and utilizing the ocean. Marine data buoy is one of the main means of marine environmental monitoring and marine disaster prediction. It is an important part of modern marine environment monitoring. It has the characteristics of all weather, long-term, continuous and fixed-point observation. It is irreplaceable by other marine monitoring means. It is praised by oceanologists as "the earth synchronous satellite on the ocean". The ocean monitoring history of the developed countries has been over a hundred years. In 1980s, the United States established a national permanent marine stereo monitoring system. The United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Canada and other countries also set up a marine monitoring system based on shore based monitoring stations and buoys in its adjacent areas and oceans. At present, the most advanced marine monitoring instruments are being used in all countries in the world, using various monitoring means, such as bank base station, ship, satellite, buoy, radar and so on, to carry out the marine environment monitoring with high efficiency, omnibearing, stereoscopic, full coverage and network. With the continuous improvement of marine monitoring demand and the continuous development of science and technology, ocean buoy has been gradually valued and improved, and has been widely applied. As an important tool for offshore monitoring, it has a comprehensive monitoring of the various elements of the marine environment with investigation ships, investigation aircraft and ocean observation stations, which is more intuitive, simple and economical. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the global marine buoy technology. It can understand the current situation and development trend of marine buoy technology innovation, and objectively evaluate the research status of marine buoy technology in China.

Since the founding of new China, the Han nationality students' growth and physical quality research have been done a lot of work, part of the ethnic minority areas of the health sector, although also has the region minority children investigated the situation of the growth and physical quality, but because of the lack of unified planning and organization, around the testing index, method, time, and have taken different statistical methods, the cause of all ethnic groups of data is difficult to compare, it is impossible to assemble a unified national information, therefore, the founding of the thirty years, can not fully understand the growth and development status of minority children, and the development of the physical quality cHange rule and there is a problem.
significant fluctuation in recent years. Mousavi & Shakeri (2003) studied the efficiency of the tax system in the Iranian economy according to the price attraction and tax interruption for the period 1979 to 2000. The results show that the tax system is not efficient in collecting taxes and in relation to changes in prices has not high sensitivity. Shakibayi & Khorasani (2012) examined the factors affecting the tax performance in Iran by using provincial data during the period 2001 to 2009. The results show that an increase in ratio of value added of the sectors of services, mining, industry and building to GDP has caused to increase the tax ratio. Shakibayi et al. (2015) examined the tax capacity of the country’s Provinces with a spatial econometric approach. Results show that an increase in the human development index leads to increase of income, wealth, total and sales taxes and the share of value added of agriculture sector from the total value added is indirectly relevant in tax capacity.

Abstract: The New Zealand housing sector is experiencing rapid growth that boosts the national economy but also results in the loss of valuable resources. In line with the growth, the housing market for both residential and business purposes has been booming, as have house prices. To sustain the housing development, it is critical to accurately monitor and predict housing prices so as to support the decision-making process in housing sector. This study is devoted to applying a mathematical method to predict housing prices. The forecasting performance of two types of models: ARIMA and multiple linear regression analysis are compared. The ARIMA and regression models are developed based on a training-validation sample method. The results show that the ARIMA model generally performs better than the regression model. However, the regression model explores, to some extent, the significant correlations between house prices in New Zealand and the macro-economic conditions.

A brief review of literature has been made in order to find out the current trend of entrepreneurship research as well as the parameters which have been used by the researchers in this subject. According to Margaret M and Anne J (1976), maintaining work life balance is one of the most important traits for a women entrepreneur whereas according to P. Babu (1978), the education and other factors like the family background for entrepreneurship is not criteria for entrepreneurial growth but risk bearing attitude and innovation prove to be more encouraging towards growth. Some studies reveal the undervaluation of women entrepreneurs’ contribution in economic development and call for government’s intervention as well as women’s initiative to face the challenges. The studies of Alman Aisha Mohammed (1981), Porus P Munshi (1999), may be cited as example. In the studies of Singh, Sehgal, Tinani and Sengupta (1986), Chanu, A. Ibemcha & Terangpi Monalisha (2012) Panchal, Rekha and Dua, Kavita (2013), V.Krishnamoorthy and R Balasubramani (2014), mention the motivational factors of women entrepreneurs. According to them some of the factors are to keep busy, to earn money on their own, to pursue hobby as an earning activity, by accident and circumstances beyond control, economic difficulties, family interest and background, knowledge and economic support, career prosperity, social freedom, name and fame, ambition, skills and knowledge, family support, market opportunities, independence, government subsidy and satisfaction, etc. According to V.Krishnamoorthy and R Balasubramani (2014), ambition, knowledge and skills, independence, dimension of entrepreneurial motivational has significant impact on entrepreneurial success. The problems of women entrepreneurs are clearly highlighted in the studies of Khanka, S.S. (2007), G. Palaniappan, C. S

The continuous drive for more is the major impetus for product development and industrial expansion. As long as there is a need the trend for more will accelerate. Creating sales frequency has its effect on product quality and availability. Because in order to induce sales products and services must be both, available and a fordable. A perpetual repetitive motion without the prospect of progress is unsustainable.
As we know energy is the gift of nature to mankind in various form and this enrgy help us to do work and make all movement. We are mostly depends upon non renewable energy sources which is going to be exhaust soon in near future. Hence we need to to look other sources of renewable energy in which solar energy is best for the sustainable development.
The Figure 3 describes the development and the trend in development of the share of the average consumer’s prices of wine in the gross incomes of inhabitants. It is possible to see the unfavourable situation in the wine market in Slovakia. The share of the average consumer’s prices of wine in the average gross monthly wages is the highest there – around 0.5%. Though it is positive that the prices went up slower than the gross income in the analyzed years – the trend of development is downward. This share stagnates and varies around 0.4% in the Czech Republic. The low shares are in the German and in the Austrian wine market – only about 0.1%. But in case of Austria, the trend of development is negative because the growth of the consumer’s prices of wine is higher than the growth of the average incomes.
In recent years, the software development methodology evolves from the traditional approach to agile software development (Avison & Fitzgerald, 2002; Fitrianah, Hidayanto, Zen, & Arymurthy, 2015; Sucahyo, Rotinsulu, Hidayanto, Fitrianah, & Phusavat, 2017) That methodology is the iterative, incremental methodology which followed agile manifesto (Schmidt, 2016). Agile software development became one of the most popular methodologies because it can reduce time-consuming in completing the software development project (Read, Arreola, & Briggs, 2011).
There is an economic trend that the use of mineral hydrocarbons, such as coal, oil and natural gas as energy will be further reduced in the future, with the rise of the fine chemical industry that produce higher value-added materials than simply burned as an energy material, although petroleum reserves in the Middle East, Siberia, Antarctic is sufficient until the end of the 21st century. In the field of energy, before being able to develop biotechnology-based energy, Indonesia needs to develop geothermal energy resources as the primary energy in addition to coal, because geothermal reserves are quite large (about 27,000 MWe) (Directorate of Mineral and Coal Enterprises, 2009; Anonymous (i), 2012) and did not produce carbon dioxide gas as the main constituent of greenhouse gases. In the case of natural oil and gas basin Indonesia owns around 60 basins, 39 basins of it have been well explored and produced, but the remainder or 21 basins are still not explored yet (Sayogyo, 1999; Direktorat Jenderal Minyak dan Gas Bumi,1995). There are still possiblities of finding out other promising oil and gas resources especially in the offshore areas. And these potentials could answer the present depleted oil and gas reserves at the level of around 3.7 billion barrels only. To response this condition, the government of Indonesia has invited the private companies to do grass root exploration.

The respondents revealed that, politics in public housing significantly affect the output level in housing delivery. A lot of promises were made one of which is housing for all but, the delivery process is not efficient enough to bring a significant change in public housing, due to misplaced priorities, mismanagement of public fund. The housing deficit was about 12 million as at 2006 (Yar’aduwa, 2007). High population growth is responsible for the high number of housing needs coupled with unsatisfactory performance in housing delivery. While, in 2012 the housing needs is about 18 million (Adedeji and Olotuah, 2012). The political office holders are not usually tried in the court of law; this affects performance in public housing. Since, provision of housing is always deficient.Figure 3.3 depicts the effects of poor governance on housing, which contributesto public housing issues development in Nigeria.
