In the case of quadtrees an image is divided into four quadrants if it is not homogeneous ( i.e. not of the same color). A quadrant is subdivided into four subquadrants if it is not homogeneous and so on. These quadrants are then dealt separately to encode the present black pixels. In the case of murray polygons also an image is divided into small tiles, but these tiles are not considered separately as in the case of quadtrees (Note : Tiles corresponding to the quadrant). To get the runlengths we proceed from tile to tile gathering the pixels of the same color. Since in the case of murray polygons we deal with the whole image rather than the quadrants, hence there may be a better chance of capturing more pixels of the same color. The main advantage of linear quadtrees is to store only the black pixels, whereas in the murray approach we have to store both the black and the white pixels. Hence in some cases linear quadtrees may be more compressive than that of murray approach. But in the case of linear quadtree, smaller the black homogeneous quadrant bigger will be the code length and in the case of the murray approach, smaller the black homogeneous area smaller will be the code length. Hence nothing can be stated positively about the two approaches. Best and worst cases are always there. Here consider two cases (i.e. best and worst) to justify it.

In local thresholding, a different threshold is assigned for each part of the image, while in global thresholding, a single global threshold the probability density function of the grey level histogram can be handled by a parametric or a nonparametric approach to find the thresholds. In the parametric approaches, the statistical parameters of the classes in the image are estimated. They are computationally expensive, and their performance may vary depending on the initial conditions. In the nonparametric approaches, the thresholds are determined by maximizing some criteria, such as between-class variance or entropy measures. In information theory, entropy is the measurement of the indeterminacy in a random variable[5]. The methods such as Kapur, Shannon, Tsallis, and Otsu are widely adopted by most of the researchers to find solution for multilevel image segmentation problems . In general, Kapur and Otsu based thresholding techniques proved for their better shape and uniformity measures for the bi-level and multi-level thresholding problems.

In the current research, 30% and 70% noise was added to the medical images by developing a noise removal filter based on the candidate for the idea of improving the sites, analyzing the main components and assembling the elements of the medical images. Because the noise in the image is generally high frequencies, so when it is removed. Vehicles will affect the edges and this causes gouache in the details of the image. In this research, a technique was used to reduce noise in the image, local heterogeneity, and edge analysis. In the wake of the concentration of each conventional strategy in order to identify the edges and then divide them and another ideal calculation is required. Another method of calculation was proposed to improve medical images: the use of an effective candidate. The performance of the method compares to other methods and two different levels. It is noted that the algorithm proposed using the fractional redundant function showed superior noise flexibility and reduced calculation time. The method was implemented using MATLAB.

An evaluation of the 3-D integer transform (IT) and the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) with lifting scheme (LS) for transform blocks reveal that 3-D IT demonstrates better computational complexity than the 3-D DWT, whilst the 3-D DWT with LS exhibits a lossless compression that is significantly useful for medical image compression. Additionally, an architecture of CAVLC that is capable of compressing high-definition (HD) images in real-time without any buffer between the quantiser and the entropy coder is proposed. Through a judicious parallelisation, promising results have been obtained with limited resources.
