Preparing adolescent people to enter the labor market has therefore become a critical responsibility for universities. These are concepts that naturally belong to core IndustrialTechnology programs. While CSN provides great opportunity for network management in Information Technology, TSN provides equally unique opportunity in industry-based network management. Thus, with CSN and TSN courses, IndustrialTechnology will produce the best networking administrators in business, industry, government and educational institutions.
Skills and competencies are highly regarded in today’s global market. Different agencies specifically those seeking for technologists, technicians, and engineers, have stressed out that skills and competencies as major components for individual workers. This aimed to determine the relevance and appropriateness of acquired skills and competences by industrialtechnology graduates, and determine the extent of use of skills and competencies in the current employment. Review of related kinds of literature and studies have been considered in the realization, understanding, analysis, and interpretation of this research exploration. A descriptive method of research was used with 78 graduates from 2015-2016 and 117 graduates from 2016-2017 at the Batangas State University JPLPC Campus, Malvar, Batangas, Philippines, who participated in the study survey process. The BatStateU Standardized Questionnaire was used to gather data. A brief interview and talk during the visit of alumni in the university was also considered, as well as the other means of social media like email, facebook, messenger, and text messaging. Results show that skills and competencies acquired by industrialtechnology graduates are all relevant and appropriate. The study also found that there is some to great extent use of acquired skills and competencies to their current employment. The study implies that the acquired skills and competencies from the university significantly provided the graduates the opportunities in the national and global markets and industries.

A frequency modulation broadcast station trainer was developed to expose the students to the ba- sic equipment needed in radio broadcasting. The cost of portable FM broadcast trainer is much lower than the cost of the traditional commercially available equipment because of the materials used. The FM broadcast trainer is laboratory equipment that can be used by schools offering aca- demic programs in industrial courses specifically Electronics and Communication Technology courses. At present there is no portable FM broadcast station available in the local market. Some schools are reluctant to buy new FM station equipments since these are quite costly nowadays. To resolve this problem, the researchers deemed that it is necessary to design and develop a portable FM broadcast trainer that is simple and affordable to fulfil the basic curricular requirements for offering courses in Electronics and Communications Technician at Bulacan State University. This is a requirement for the graduates to qualify to take the Radio Telephone Operator examination given by the National Telecommunication Commission, the telecommunication body in the Philip- pines counterpart of Federal Communication Commission in the US. Aside from this, the station will be a venue for mass communications students and a vehicle for channelling important an- nouncement from the school.
The industrial process monitoring system is based on just screen at particular machine or industry itself. And that information can’t be accessed from outside. The proposing system is for monitoring wirelessly along with control. The system is designed with raspberry pi3 as a master and microcontrollers as the nodes. The node boards include microcontrollers,sensors, and ZigBee. The two nodes are connected to the master board through ZigBee. And other modules are temperature sensor (LM35), light intensity sensor(LDR), water level sensor(LM324), the current transformer(CT). ZigBees present in nodes and master boards provides the communication between them. The ZigBee uses low-power, low data rate based on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard. A ZigBee network supports up to 254 client nodes plus one fully functional device (master).

However, Synthetic biomimetic membranes are only analyzed for desalination or water treatment purpose till now and yet not applied for industrial wastewater treatment or MBR technology. Commercialization of this technology is in its infancy, and although robustness and longevity still need to be established, the concept shows potential for addressing the energy problem of desalination. Synthetic biomimetic membranes have been made from silica at Sandia Laboratories in New Mexico and may provide an alternative approach to water treatment, but this work is still in the research phase .
Skill is presented here as very much a social construct. Skilled trades were dominated by artisans from points south of the Yangzi, particularly Wuxi, Suzhou, Ningbo and Guangzhou, while ex-peasants from north Jiangsu (Subei) took the low-paid unskilled jobs. Skilled tradesmen were comparatively literate. They were more committed to urban life than unskilled workers (that is, they did not regard their jobs as temporary means of earning a cash income or removing themselves from the family board until they returned to farming). They were better paid, and thus more able to bear the consequences of industrial action. Unlike most unskilled workers, they tended to work in conditions that made conversation and discussion fairly easy; in smaller workshops, and under less punitive supervision. For these reasons, they were more likely than other workers to decide that their employers' actions were morally illegitimate and to attempt to do something about them. Semi-skilled workers in large enterprises were in a much weaker bargaining position. The large manufacturing companies or public utilities where they worked were of political importance to the Guomindang and therefore were effectively unionised. The purpose of this paper is to understand how to use legislation such as safety standards and liability rules to provide incentives for software firms to make their product more secure. A standard is a minimum level of safety set by the regulator, and a liability rule states the amount of damage each party is liable for. In practice, there are different types of security standards, such as encryption standards, security breach notification standards, IT continuity standards, set by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Center for Internet Security (CIS) in the U.S., and more widely by the International Organization for Standards (ISO) and Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). As for negligence liability, consumers continue to file lawsuits against firms for security breaches, data leakage, and infringement of privacy, and in this regard, these firms might be held accountable for consumer damages. This raises a number of interesting questions: Which of the interventions, standards or liability rules, would better incentivize firms and consumers to behave optimally? Should standards and liability rules be used separately or jointly? Is it socially optimal to shift some of the cost of investing in security from firms to consumers? To address these questions, I develop a model to study the investment incentives of a software firm when its software is subject to security problems and when consumers bear some precaution costs.
Abstract— The modern developing communication industry requires increasingly faster, more throughput and reliable com-munication networks which are able to work in a hard real-time situation. This paper presents the EtherCAT communication technology that does not only meet the above requirements but also allows market to reduce implementation costs in order to have affordable and reliable services. The paper further explains the EtherCAT operation principles with the most important mechanisms such as Frame processing on-the-fly, logic ring topology and slave synchronization among other mechanisms. The comparison of EtherCAT with the traditional most pop-ular industrial based networks is also presented to show the leading position of this upcoming technology in the Industrial communication networks in terms of reliability, performance, implementation and cost.
