SMF Indonesia Yogyakarta, 2 SMA N 1 Yogyakarta, 3 Pendidikan Matematika, UNY afifahnur553@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan kerjasama siswa dan kualitas pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. PTK ini dilaksakan di XI MIA 9 SMA N 1 Yogyakarta. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi kemampuan kerjasama siswa, angket kemampuan kerjasama, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata kemampuan kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika yang diperoleh meningkat dari kondisi awal yaitu pada kategori sedang meningkat menjadi pada kategori tinggi pada siklus pertama dan siklus kedua. Pada kondisi awal, rata-rata skor kemampuan kerjasama siswa adalah 84 sedangkan pada akhir siklus pertama menjadi 87 dan pada akhir siklus kedua 90. Persentase skor rata-rata siswa dalam kategori sangat tinggi diperoleh sebesar 10% dan siswa dalam kategori tinggi mencapai 66,67%. Hasil observasi kemampuan kerjasama siswa diperoleh sebesar 73,33% siswa mencapai kategori minimal tinggi. Persentase kelulusan siswa yang memperoleh nilai hasil belajar lebih dari KKM pada siklus I sebesar 76,67% dan pada siklus II sebesar 90%. Dengan demikian, setelah 2 siklus, pembelajaran menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama siswa. Hal tersebut juga diikuti dengan meningkatnya persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dari sklus I sebesar 84,48% pada kegiatan guru dan 82,76% pada kegiatan siswa meningkat menjadi 88,51% di akhir siklus II baik untuk kegiatan guru maupun kegiatan siswa. Penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TSTS akan mengarahkan siswa untuk lebih aktif untuk mengolah informasi baik dalam berdiskusi, tanya jawab, mencari jawaban, menjelaskan dan juga menyimak materi yang dijelaskan oleh teman, sehingga permasalahan proses pembelajaran yang telah dijelaskan sebelu- mnya akan terfasilitasi dengan strategi pembelajaran ini. Menurut Prasepty & Tanjung (2014) melalui kegiatan kelompok, siswa dituntut untuk berperan serta secara aktif dan saling berkomunikasi secara lisan maupun tertulis dan menggali informasi baik secara diskusi maupun studi pustaka dan mampu berbagi informasi dengan siswa lain baik dalam kelompok maupun dengan kelompok yang lain dibantu juga dengan disain kegiatan praktium (DKL) yang harus dikerjakan siswa secara berkelompok dengan melakukan pengamatan pada beberapa jenis tumbuhan. Aktivitas guru dan siswa pada siklus I banyak kegiatan yang pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan, terutama pada kegiatan pemberian Pre-test, menjelaskan materi pembelajaran, mempresentasikan hasil diskusi dan pemberian post-test. Pada siklus II aktivitas guru dan siswa sudahmengalami peningkatan, hanya pada pemberian pre-test dan post-test yang masih belum sesuai dengan waktu yang diterapkan. Pada siklus III aktivitas guru dan siswa sudah lebih baik dari siklus pertama dan siklus kedua, hal ini terlihat dari persentase pelaksaan dengan waktu yang diterapkan telah sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran examples non examples pada siklus pertama hingga siklus kedua mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 0,2 yaitu dengan skor 2,6 untuk siklus pertama dan 2,8 untuk siklus kedua, pada siklus ketiga dengan skor 2,9 dan mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 0,1 dengan kategori baik. Respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran examples non examples dapat dikatakan baik yaitu 86,7% siswa berpendapat bahwa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran examples non examples dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang telah dipelajari. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan pengamatan peneliti pada tanggal 22 April 2015 dengan Ibu Hj. Ilis Kurniasih, S.Pd selaku wali kelas IV SDN Inpres Biru Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung, menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran PKn masih banyak dilakukan secara konvensional (Pembelajran yang berpusat pada guru) sehingga masih terkesan monoton. Belum tumbuhnya sikap percaya diri yang muncul pada diri siswa setelah mempelajari materi tersebut dan perstasi belajar PKn masih sangat rendah di bandingkan dengan mata pelajaran lainnya. Hal ini ditemukan di lapangan pada waktu observasi adalah gambaran tentang pelajaran PKn yang hampir selalu di sajikan secara verbal melalui kegiatan ceramah, tanya jawab dan textbook oriented dengan keterlibatan siswa yang sangat minim, kurang menarik siswa dan membosankan. Guru jarang menggunakan alat peraga atau media pelajaran PKn. Dalam membahas materi PKn tidak terlihat adanya upaya guru untuk menggembangkan kegiatan diskusi kelompok maupun diskusi kelas, target keberhasilan PKn yang diterapkan guru cenderung lebih mengarahkan agar siswa terampil mengerjakan soal- soal tes baik yang terdapat dalam buku ajar maupun soal-soal ujian akibatnya pemahaman konsep siswa rendah. Selain metode pembelajaran yang digunakan di dalam kurikulum belum dapat dicapai secara optimal. Di lapangan masih banyak guru yang belum siap untuk melaksanakannya dengan alasan sistem penilaian yang tidak mendukung dan sikap ilmiah dirasa tidak diperlukan karena tidak pernah dimunculkan dalam soal Ujian Nasional (UN) atau pun Ujian Akhir Sekolah (UAS).

In this paper, we formulate generators’ competition in the forward-spot market mathemati- cally as a two stage stochastic equilibrium problem where each generator first aims at maximizing its expected profit by signing a certain mount of long term contracts and then bids for dispatches in the spot market on a daily or hourly basis. Differing from the two stage competition model, a volume of previous research has been performed to study the effect on the competition in the spot market from the contract quantities, in which the competition of signing contracts in the forward market is not considered. Von der Fehr and Harhord [30] investigate the spot market by modeling it as a multi-unit auction and demonstrate that contracts give generators a strate- gic advantage in the spot market by allowing them to commit to dispatch greater quantities during peak demand periods. Powell [20] explores the interaction between the forward market and the spot market by characterizing the competition in the spot market within a framework of Nash-Cournot equilibrium, and shows that risk-neutral generators can raise their profits by selling contracts for more than the expected spot price. Moreover, Green and Newbery [12] appropriately look at the endogenous formation of both pool and contract prices in a supply function model, and apply their analysis to the British electricity market.

A key implication of our analysis is that a fallacy of composition can emerge. Consider identical countries, and suppose first that both countries are wage–led. Obviously, if both countries redistribute towards labor, they will both see an increase in their own level of aggregate demand (and employment).
