In India, efforts have been made to optimise the size of wind turbine generators (WTGs), SPV arrays and other components for a hybrid power system; generator-based power supplies for global system for mobile communication (GSM, alternatively referred to as 2G) and code division multiple access (CDMA, 3G) standards have also been investigated [8,9]. Market disruption then occurs when, despite its inferior performance on focal attributes valued by existing customers, the new product displaces the mainstream product in the mainstream market. For C M Christensen, (1997) there are two preconditions for such a market disruption to occur: there is performance overshoot on the main stream attributes of the existing product; and there are asymmetric incentives between an existing healthy business model and the potentially disruptive business model. Christensen documented these processes in numerous contexts including hard disk drives, earth- moving equipment and motor controls (C. M. Christensen, 1997). Since then, there have been a number of studies on this concept of disruptive technology which had been used interchangeably with “disruptive innovations” (Wan, Williamson & Yin, 2015). The Operating Surgeon (OpS) was designated as the main person making a decision on re- exploration who would receive the details of clinical monitoring of the free flap and get the images of the free flap at pre determined time intervals. The registrar would photograph the flap and send it to the Operating (OPS) and Observing Surgeon 1 (ObS1), via 3G wireless Smartphone technology. The Observing Surgeon 1 (ObS1) received only the free flap photographs and he was blinded to the clinical parameters of the free flap. The Observing Surgeon 2 (ObS2) monitored the clinical characteristics of the flap but with no photographs of the free flap. The three arms, OpS, ObS1 and ObS2, were communicated to Principal Investigator (P.I) and the differences from the three arms were compared with the tabulation of the observation. In case of early features of flap failure, the time required to make a decision on intervention and to salvage the flap was compared between the three arms. The aim was to analyze if the photographs act as an adjunct to clinical monitoring of the free flaps.

Inadequacy of a comprehensive and up to date data on venture capital financing is expected in this study, most especially on technology based firms in their early stage in Malaysia. In order to support this deficiency, prospective interviewee were identified from several sources such as government agencies and associations as well as trade or professional association‘s directories. Although the sampling frame used may not be representative enough of the population, hence, there is potential of producing a biased result. There is the possibility that some organisations have seized to exist or they may be inactive. However, respondents were drawn from registered members of Malaysian venture capital and private equity association and technology entrepreneurial association of Malaysia from two states of the federation. Majority of the technology based firms interviewed for this study were drawn from a single but renowned public entrepreneurial university based in Johor Bahru, and some from Kuala Lumpur. All these factors will definitely be taken into consideration when presenting the researcher‘s findings.

The e-Court system consists of two phases. The Phase I of the e- Court system was launched on 9 August 2009 and was fully completed in June 2011 (Arifin Zakaria, 2012). Under Phase I, the e-Court system comprises the E-filing, Case Management System (CMS), Queue Management System (QMS) and Court Recording and Transcription System (CRT). Since 2009, only CRT system had been installed in all courts throughout Malaysia. The other e-Court system such as e-filing, CMS and QMS have been set up in the main court complexes namely Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Ipoh, Georgetown, Johor Bharu and Putrajaya. Since the introduction of the e-Court system, the usage of the system has grown significantly as the case backlog have been substantially reduced. Thus, the Malaysian Judiciary has planned to expand the e-Court system for all the courts throughout Malaysia. Nevertheless, the e-Court system then was facing critical challenges. So Malaysian Judiciary had taken steps to address these challenges through e-Court Phase II, which equipped with new features and additional modules which are not available in Phase I to benefit the stakeholders.
