In order to implement our protocol we must pick an elliptic curve to use. Existing zk-SNARK imple- mentations, such as those used in Zcash and Ethereum, use a pairing-friendly elliptic curve designed to be ecient for zk-SNARKs  which originally targeted the 128-bit security level. However, recent op- timizations to the Number Field Sieve algorithm  have degraded this security, and so we adopt a new pairing-friendly elliptic curve called BLS12-381 which targets 128-bit security with minimal performance impact. We provide a stable implementation of this new elliptic curve, written in Rust, with competitive performance, well-dened serialization, and cross-platform support.
Abstract - IEEE 802.15.4 is a standard defined for wireless sensor network applications with limited power and relaxed throughput needs. The devices transmit data during two periods: Contention Access Period (CAP) by accessing the channel using CSMA/CA and Contention Free Period (CFP), which consists of Guaranteed Time Slots (GTS) allocated to individual devices by the network coordinator. The GTS is used by devices for cyclic data transmission. Current IEEE 802.15.4 standard restricts the beacon enabled approach to star networks, while they support multi-hop networking in mesh but with no synchronization. In this paper there is proposal of a distributed IEEE802.15.4 MAC modification to improve GTS usability in cluster networks. Location of BOP in inactive period with Virtual GTS is proposed and throughput is observed for chain topology.
For multi-hop communication, VANET has two salient requirements for which classical ad hoc routing protocols (DSR, AODV, DSDV, and OLSR) are ill-suited. First, a message is usually destined for all vehicles within a certain geographic range (e.g., a warning message to all vehicles within 500 m from an accident or red light information for all vehicles approaching an intersection). Since classical ad hoc routing protocols do not incorporate any geographic in- formation into their routing decision, they are inapt to address this requirement. Second, the highly dynamic environment of VANET demands that a routing protocol must work efficiently with frequent topological changes. The overhead of route advertisements of proactive ad hoc routing protocols would be too high for VANET. On the other hand, the route discovery’s delay in reactive ad hoc routing protocols would be too long for VANET safety applications. To address these VANET’s requirements, geographic routing is adopted for multi-hop communication. This approach foresees that each message carries the source node’s geographic position and a geographic destination in its header. The latter information defines an area for which the message is relevant.
However, GNU Radio Beacon Receiver requires only few components, and most of the components are implemented by software, so greatly reduce the use of components and thus reduce the cost for fabrication. It doesn‟t require much maintenance as it has less components. Moreover, it can be further developed to extend or increase its ability for ionospheric study by simply changing the programming.

In the proposed system the Ibeacons are placed in the classrooms as well as the other required places. Here multiple beacons are connected together and form a beacon network and a particular beacon will be identified or accessed by using its unique id. In the background the low energy scanning of the broadcasting beacons will be running. When the student enters the class these scanner will detect that class room beacon and it will continuously check for the proximity. If the proximity is “near” then the attendance will be issued, when the student leave the class the proximity will be “far”. This attendance records will be stored in the local database which can be accessed by the students but cannot be altered by them. The teachers can use the broadcasting beacons to share the assignments or other document links through the google eddy stone protocol with the student as the beacon can transmit the data packets. It improve the effectiveness of the studies by monitoring and analyzing the interactions between the students and the teachers.

The PEU has not only provided the resources, organisation and management of public engagement, but often the staff have been commended for their moral support, personal communication and welcoming approach. The unit has been through a learning process itself, and can now offer staff and students examples of best practice and advice on what will work well based upon the experiences of previous projects. The unit has been thorough in monitoring projects and events, and has now gathered valuable data to promote successful and practical examples of public engagement activity.

In differential GPS or very well known as DGPS, it is generally considered that the ionospheric correction is the same for both reference and user stations because of the short baseline (up to about 10 km) that is normally employed. However, it is clear that the ray paths from the satellite to the two receivers will generally traverse the ionosphere at slightly different elevations due to the presence of ionospheric horizontal gradient.
Consequently, based on several field experiments and analyses, Dammalage et al. (2010) have identified the best wavelet family and the level of de-composition for the said de-noising process. Moreover, they have evaluated the possible accuracy improvement of pseudorange-based DGPS positioning by applying the proposed C/A code multipath mitigation method at the GPS reference stations. However, to further evaluate that fundamental study, this paper aims to investigate the accuracy diminishing factors effecting on C/A code multipath mitigation from pseudorange-based DGPS corrections with the application of proposed mitigation practice. In order to accomplish the said goal, the same data set collected through the field experiment discussed by Dammalage et al. (2010) is utilized for the analyses in this paper as well.
