The handbook will be divided into FOUR sections (described in Appendix E), and weekly assignments will be incorporated into each section. There are 17 assignments that total the four sections of your Program Handbook. Each week, you or your group should put DETAILED THOUGHT into the assignment you are creating so that you might use it later when you are working as a school counselor. If students desire, Megan and Dr. Dixon will give feedback on the weekly assignments, and groups will be expected to make the changes for the FINAL product to be turned in at the end of the semester. Your Professional School Counseling Program is worth 200 total points. Each of the 17 assignments is worth 10 points for a total of 170 points and the remaining 30 points will be awarded based your Program Handbook’s creativity, innovativeness, organization, neatness, and attractiveness of the final product you turn in. Past Program Handbooks have included DVD’s, CD’s, websites, etc. for creative additions (Dr. Dixon will bring in examples of these past products).

This section estimates a confirmatory factor model using the polychoric correlation matrix in the presence of categorical manifest variables. Latent variables are assumed to represent continuous (not categorical) constructs. For illustration, original responses ranging from 1 to 3 were recoded as 1; those ranging from 4 to 7 were recoded as 2; and those ranging from 8 to 10 were recoded as 3. Forty observations with missing data are dropped in order to focus only on the problem of categorical outcome variables in the confirmatory factor model. The recoded data are stored into the SPSS file values_ord.sav (N=1,160) in the C:\temp\CFA directory. Values_full.sav (N=1,200) is also used to show how pairwise deletion usesas much information in the raw data file as possible.

There are many other providers in the telecommunication industry that offer a broad lineup of security services, from professional consulting and integration to managed security services such as Verizon and CenturyLink. IT vendors such as HP, IBM, and Dell SecureWorks and security vendors such as Symantec and McAfee also offer security services comparable to AT&T's. It is a diverse and fragmented market and value can be found in many different forms along the continuum. Increased merger and acquisition (M&A) activity has brought consolidation, especially in the MSS space, leading IDC to believe that this will become a telco-versus-integrator battle. AT&T is extremely well positioned both in its network capabilities and in the very broad portfolio it has fashioned in security services.

The board of directors of a closed-end fund is free to set the fund’s investment objectives and policies, subject to many of the same rules and restrictions regarding permissible investments as are applicable to mutual funds. Like all registered investment companies, a closed-end fund must disclose in its prospectus its investment objectives, its principal investment strategies and any restrictions on the types of investments it may make. It must also disclose whether its portfolio will be “diversified,” or “non-diversified” as required by Section 5(b)(1) of the 1940 Act. Because a closed-end fund doesn’t need to meet daily redemption requests, it may be easier for a closed-end fund to invest a non- diversified or concentrated portfolio.

We also continue to be on the lookout for an acquisition to strengthen our international business. After intensive examination of a potential new partner company as part of these efforts, the related transaction nevertheless failed to be realized due to differing risk assessments between the acquiring and selling parties. The correspon- ding costs arising from the M&A process have mainly been incurred in the third quarter.
