This report provides a summary of backup client counts across products, domains, clients, policies and business level views. There are three display options to see this report. Historical report view shows the total number of unique clients backed up per day for the last two weeks, for each master server. It can help in highlighting potential problems by showing any variations in the number of clients that needs to be backed up and how many are actually getting backed up.

Ranking view shows the top ten environments by listing the number of unique clients that got backed up per each media server during the last two weeks.

Distribution view gives you breakdown by each master server of the number of unique clients that got backed up in the last two weeks.

You can edit theClient Count report to show or hide the columns that you are interested in. All the columns are shown by default. You can also filter the report to view reports of specific master servers. The following table shows the filters for Client Count report and how you can use these filters to view specific data in the report.

Example of filter usage: You may run theClient Count report for specific policy data classification names to view details only for the specific policy classifications.
The following report enhancements have been made for the Client Count report:
■ The unit Years has been added for Relative Timeframe selection.
You can now view data for the last x years.
■ The option Next has been removed from the drop-down menu for Relative Timeframe. You now cannot enter a relative timeframe like Next 2 weeks. This is because the report does not support any futuristic data.
The following filter enhancements have been made for the Client Count report:
■ UNKNOWN has been added as a value for Policy Typecolumn in the Policy filter. You can now filter report data for policy types that are UNKNOWN. In earlier versions of OpsCenter the unknown policy types were shown as blank.
Now all static columns like job type, schedule type, policy type, etc. are shown as UNKNOWN as in VBR.
■ The following options have been removed from TimeFrameGroupBy selection:
