Here is a round by round analysis of this game:

Round 1 Start the game with a Neutral Bet of $4. The bet loses. We will move to Hedge Betting in the next round.

Round 2 Make a Hedge Bet of 6. The bet loses. We will move up one level of Hedge Betting for the next round.

Round 3 We make a Hedge Bet of 10 and win with a blackjack. Our rule is to drop the next bet two levels following a winning blackjack. We drop our next bet to a Neutral Bet of $4.

Round 4 We make a $4 Neutral Bet and lose. With the loss, we will make a Hedge Bet of $6 for the next round.

Round 5 We wager a $6 Hedge Bet and lose. We will increase our Hedge Bet one level for the next round.

Round 6 We make a $10 Hedge Bet and win. With this win, we will reduce our next Hedge Bet one level.

Round 8 We wager a $10 Hedge Bet and win. With this win, we have two out of the last three bets and we will reduce our next wager two levels. A two level reduction will put us back to making a $4 Neutral Bet.

Round 9 We bet a $4 Neutral Bet and win. We will make a Profit Bet the next round.

Round 10 We make a $2 Profit Bet and lose. We will resume making a Neutral Bet for the next round.

Round 11 We have a Neutral Bet of 4 and lose. We will begin the Hedge Betting Series in the next round of play.

Round 12 We make a $6 Hedge Bet and lose. Our next bet will be a Hedge Bet one level higher.

Round 13 We make a $10 Hedge Bet and Push. With a push we will repeat the bet.

Round 14 We make a $10 Hedge Bet and then double it. We lose the bet, dropping our winnings to –19. With the loss of the wager we will raise our next Hedge Bet one level higher.

Round 15 We make a $16 Hedge Bet and win. Our next bet will be one level lower.

Round 16 We make a $10 Hedge Bet and win. Having won two Hedge Bets in a row we reduce our next bet by two levels to a $4 Neutral Bet.

Round 17 We make a $4 Neutral Bet and lose. Our next bet will be a $6 Hedge Bet.

Round 18 We place a $6 Hedge Bet and lose it. We will increase our next Hedge Bet one level.

Round 19 We bet a $10 Hedge Bet which pushes. We will repeat the pushed bet on the next round of betting.

Round 21 We make a $6 Hedge Bet and split it, adding an additional $6. The bet pushes. We will repeat this wager on the next round.

Round 22 We make a $6 Hedge Bet and lose it. We will increase our bet one level.

Round 23 We wager a $10 Hedge Bet which loses. Our next bet will be one level higher.

Round 24 We make a $16 Hedge Bet and lose it. Our next Hedge Bet will be one level higher.

Round 25 We make a $26 Hedge Bet which loses. We now have a loss of –49. We are looking for a way to get out of this game whole. Our next bet will be one level higher.

Round 26 We make a $40 Hedge Bet and win. Our loss is reduced to –9. We consider calling the game over and decide to see if we can pick up a win. Our next bet drops one level.

Round 27 We make a $26 Hedge Bet which loses. We will have to raise our bet again for the next round.

Round 28 We wager a $40 Hedge Bet and win. We now have a net win of +5. We could stop the game at this point with a small win after winning a larger bet. We decide to make a few more rounds of bets. We drop our next bet two levels.

Round 29 We make a $16 Hedge Bet and double it for a total of $32 wagered. Unfortunately we lose our bet. We increase our next bet one level

Round 30 We wager a $26 Hedge Bet and lose. Our net loss drops to –53. We will settle for a win of any size now. We increase our next bet one level.

$52. Who says blackjack is for the weak? We win both split bets. We now have a net win of +39 and decide that we have had enough fun for this game.

I have a couple of more observations about this game. While we probably should have called the game over after winning Round 26 and reducing our loss to –9, we didn’t do so badly playing a few more rounds. The Blackjack Attack Strategy is a very robust strategy as you can see. In the six additional rounds from Round 26 to our last Round 32, we improved our winnings by $48 even though we lost three rounds and won three rounds.

This illustrates the power of the strategy. Of course the situation could have gone the other way and we could have lost the game. However, I want you to consider that you are always protected from having a huge loss by the fact that you will never lose more than your buy-in and that, furthermore, you will not make a larger Hedge Bet if your bankroll can’t support it.

As you use this strategy and gain confidence in it, you will come to realize that sometimes you can stretch a little, as we did during Sample Game #2 without risk of losing your bankroll.

Sample Game #3 is fairly short and once again illustrates the power of winning doubled bets and using Profit Goals.

This game lasted for a total of just ten rounds and we lost more rounds than we won. Our score for this game was:

4 Rounds won 5 Rounds lost

1 Round with a push 10 total Rounds played

The nature of playing blackjack is that over time you will always expect to lose more rounds than you win. When a novice first hears this, his first reaction is to question how the game can ever be beaten.

The answer is that the key to winning at blackjack is to wager more on winning rounds than on losing ones. This is the goal of every blackjack system ever created, even if the author never pointed it out.

Think about it. All of the hoop-la about card counting, learning betting progressions, learning when to double and split bets, and so on, boils down to finding a way to win more on the minority of rounds when a player will beat the house.

Fortunately, when you use the Blackjack Attack Strategy, you will be using the most straightforward way ever devised to accomplish this. Let’s take a look at Sample Game #3.
