Logic - A US Attorneys Office is thought of as a collection of spaces (office, toilet, waiting, closet, conference). A District or Bankrupcy Clerk's Office is also a collection of spaces. A District Clerk's Office, as a collection of spaces, is not the same as a Judges Chambers Suite because a Judges Chambers Suite, although a collection of spaces, has a defined total square footage. A District Clerk's Office total SF of its aggregate spaces will depending on the size of the court, number of filings etc.

"Judiciary Related Offices" is more a chapter title for spaces such as the Circuit Executive Offices, etc. The new Guide is specific about spaces so this term should not need to be mapped.
