1 I serve a role as an example of a teacher who does not receive value-added data since my subject area of Resource English does not have a large enough sample N<6 to draw data from. I teach multiple grade levels with multiple disability categories within one classroom period, therefore it is difficult to obtain a large enough sample from a mixed, small group instructional program.
1 My role has been to take part in the training and provide support for the building principals who will be completing the evaluations
1 Primary evaluator of 3 teachers. Currently using the district alternative appraisal option to incorporate the components of the OTES system. It is very cumbersome and not realistic when we will have to evaluate all teachers yearly. It will be a fulltime job per building.
1 I'm not on the RttT committee but I am one of the two designated administrators to work on the new OTES pilot. I attend the OTES meetings. I do the three evaluations with all of the goal setting 2x, preobs 2x, obs 2x, postobs 2x and
evaluations. I will help present our findings and general info about the new system to the staff at some not yet determined time.
1 The building principal and I have met on several occasions to discuss the new program and read over the requirements. I am one of the teachers in the building participating in the pilot.
1 We have been very transparent with the process. Besides the three teachers involved in the pilot, we hav had at least four other teachers attend the day 2 and day 3 training. We have utilized the observation rubric tool as professional development during our weekly morning meetings. It aligns very well with our current evaluation tool.
1 I have been formally evaluated after a pre-conference.I was involved in a post conference and have had several walk throughs.
1 I participated in the self-assessment and goal-setting. I attended the day 1 seminar. My administrator has completed walk-throughs.

We did not attend the first meeting so we must much crucial infomraiton about the process. we spent lots of time trying to figure out what everything was and how it was to be implemented.
1 I was union president when the pilot began. I went to Day 1 training. I worked closely with my building principal and 2 other staff members on the self-assessment and goal setting portions. My building principal did 2 formal evaluations in which we had a pre-conference but did not discuss the lessons afterwards. 2 weeks ago I was moved from the high school to become elementary school assistant principal. So I am no longer really involved with the pilot, but the Assistant Superintendent wants me to attend the Day 4 training.

1 As the Assistant Superintnedent in charge of Curriculum & Instruction as well as Professional Development, Assessment and Research, and Human Resources, I have worked closely with the two building principals and six teachers through the pilot. I am also facilitating a District Teacher Evaluation Revision Committee based on the new framework and our work in OTES. As a RttT district, we will be piloting the new tool in each of our buildings with small groups of teachers for the 2012-13 school year as long as we can be trained as credentialed evaluators by the start of the 2012-13 school year.

I have contacted the Danielson group for the new framework and will be working with the Union to develop a revised teacher eval. tool which is part of the master agreement.
1 I am a a union leader and a member of our RTTT transformation team and feel I have had virtually no role in implementing the new evaluation system. Once our administration chose to go with OTES, the only teachers involved are the few piloting OTES.
1 Evaluator of 3 teachers in my building. Sharing our experiences with our district's tramsformation team.
1 As a classroom teacher, I am an active participant that is trying to be open minded to the process. I am aware that it is a pilot program and the objective is constant revision.
1 So far the principal and I have used the methods in my observations. We have completed the goal setting, pre- conference, observations, and post conference.

1 Two principals (including me) are involved with the fulltrining process by the state. We are sharing information at staff meetings in all buildings. I have completed first observations on 3 teachers.

as a whole due to this being a pilot project.
1 I am our Board Administration representative and have not be allowed to partipcate in the Evaluator Training, nor do I complete observations at the school level. I am helping to un-pack the Danielson model and exzplain the process through PD during Transformation Team meetings.

1 As a veteran teacher, I have worked on the self-assessment tool and talked to other teachers about how to best use it.
