The first step towards the recovery is to assist yourself in strengthening your belief in the effectiveness of Wheatgrass therapy and the potency of your body’s defenses. Then you can learn to cope more effectively with the stresses in your life. It is particularly important that there can be a change either in your perceptions of yourself so you believe you can solve whatever life problems you faced before the onset of the disease or in your perception of your problems so that you believe you can cope with yourself more effectively.
Hope of Recovery from Disease
The results of your beliefs in your opportunities for recovery, coupled with your “redecision” about the problems you face, are an approach to life that includes hope and anticipation.
Recovery of Positive Feeling
Renewed feelings of hope and anticipation are recorded in the limbic system.
Hypothalamic Activity
Once these feelings are recorded in the limbic system, messages are sent to the hypothalamus reflecting the altered emotional state that includes an increased will to live. The hypothalamus then sends messages to the pituitary gland that reflect the altered emotional state.
Immune System
The hypothalamus in turn reverses the suppression of the immune system, so that the body’s defenses once again mobilize, against abnormal activities in the body.
Pituitary Activity/Endocrine System
The pituitary gland (which is part of the endocrine system), receiving messages from the hypothalamus, sends messages to the rest of the endocrine system, restoring the body's hormonal balance.
Decrease in Abnormal Activities in the Body
With the hormonal balance restored, the body will discontinue abnormal activities in the body and body starts revitalizing its defense system to cope with the illness.
Step by step methods of using mind power to guide your body to a super recovery from a disease.
You may tape-record the following steps as it may prove helpful to you in the process of doing the following mental exercise. It should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete the entire process and you should practice it 3 times a day specially immediately after having Wheatgrass shot (we will understand more about wheat grass therapy in the subsequent chapters) and also just before going to the bed at night.
1. Go to a quiet room with soft green lighting. Shut the door, sit in a comfortable chair, feet flat on the floor, eyes closed.
2. Become aware of your breathing.
3. Take in a few deep breaths, and as you let out each breath, mentally say the word, “relax.”
4. Concentrate on your face and feel if any tension in the muscles of your face and around your eyes. Make a mental picture of this tension it might be a rope tied in a knot or a clenched fist and then mentally picture it relaxing and becoming loose, like a limp rubber band.
5. Experience the muscles of your face and eyes getting relaxed. As they relax, feel a wave of relaxation spreading through your body.
6. Tense the muscles of your face and around your eyes, squeezing tightly, then relax them and feel the relaxation spreading through your body.
7. More slowly down your body-jaw, neck, shoulders, back, upper and lower arms, hands, chest, abdomen, thighs, calves, ankles, feet-until every part of your body is more relaxed. For each part of the body mentally picture the tension, and then picture the tension melting away, allowing relaxation.
8. Now picture yourself in pleasant, natural surroundings wherever you fee comfortable. Mentally fill in the details of color, sound, and texture.
9. Continue to picture yourself in a very relaxed state in this natural place for two to three minutes.
10. Create a mental picture of any ailment or pain that you have now, visualizing it in a form that makes sense to you.
11. As you are inhaling deep, visualize a shower of green light (similar to wheat grass juice) entering in your body through your mouth and falling on the diseased organ or the body parts with pain, with a great impact.
12. Imagine the diseased organ getting heated due to the power of green light. Also picture your body's natural defense and natural process eliminating the source of the ailment or pain.
13. Imagine yourself healthy and free of the ailment or pain.
14. See yourself proceeding successfully towards meeting your goal in life.
15. Give yourself mental pat on the back for participating in your recovery. See yourself doing this relaxation mental imaginary
16. Let the muscles in your eyelids lighten up, become ready to open your eyes, and become aware of the room.
17. Now let your eyes open and you are ready to resume your usual routine activities.
Now, allow me to give you some curing techniques for a few 'stubborn' and 'common' diseases……
This can be done anywhere, anytime but I will suggest you to follow the Super Specialty Master Plan in chapter 15. But make it a point not to miss it.
For curing any disease step 1- 9 and 12 - 17 will be the same. The only deviation will be from step 10 to step11. I shall be discussing only these for specific diseases in following pages.

Step 10: Now, take a few deep breaths, imagine yourself breathing bright, green, intense light, coming from universe. Visualize that the light is entering through your nostrils to your lungs and then spreading through your entire body. You feel a 'glow' in your body.
Step 11: Develop an image of rays passing through the blocked arteries. Initially they will not be able to pass….because of blockage.
Now imagine them as laser grinder blades moving in circles. Light moving fast….. very fast……try to hear that cracking… and crushing sound inside your body and produce the same sound from your mouth slowly…. Krrrr….. krrrrrrr…… feel the grinding of the blocks in arteries.
Step 12: Experience the blocked plaques melting down and fresh
