The bathroom door opens and Kajal steps out, all showered and in a pretty dress.

Cut to all 3 of them staring at Kajal with almost their mouths open.

All four of them walking down the street, looking cool.

They are standing in front of a canal. He gestures to them take a few steps back, they do.
He gestures them to further back. They are now at the edge of the canal and almost fall in but manage not to with great difficulty and balancing.

All 3 chasing Tim through the streets.

Vivek at the boat ticket booth outside the Venice train station.
Vivek (showing Kajal picture to the guy inside the booth): Do you remember seeing this girl?
Man in the booth (looking at the picture): No.
Vivek walks towards the station entrance and shows Kajal's picture to the porters and hotel agents.
They all look at the picture and shake their heads. Suddenly the porter who had told Kajal which ferry to take sees the picture.
Porter (remembering Kajal): Yes, I see this girl.
Vivek (excited and relieved): You saw her??
Porter: Yes....she ask me which bus go to her hotel.
Vivek can't believe his luck.
Vivek (very eagerly): Which hotel?
Porter (after thinking for a moment or two): I don't remember.
Vivek (pleading): Please, try and remember.
The porter tries to think but doesn't remember.
Porter: I'm sorry I don't remember but she go to Calle del Carro.
Vivek: Calle del Corro?
Porter: Si.
Vivek quickly takes out a map of Venice from his back pocket and desperately tries to find the street Calle del Carro on it.
And all the people who were witnessing the chat between Vivek and the porter crowd
around Vivek and start looking at the map too. They are all trying to find the street on the map, arguing with each other loudly in Italian about where it is.
Suddenly the porter Vivek was talking to finds it.
Porter (pointing his finger on the map): Here it is....Calle del Carro.
The other men, disappointed that they couldn't find it, murmur to themselves in Italian and disappear quickly.
Vivek (to the porter): Grazie.
And he runs down towards the ticket booth.
CUT TO:
After the montage song – they stop at a certain local place to grab a quick bite and there they tell kajal what is the next thing on their list, its to go to a strip joint and she completely rejects the idea and she starts telling them ten reasons why they shouldn’t go there and the boys may be carefully listen to her and then give her one good reason for them to visit the place once, theres a bit of silence for a while where kajal may be buys into the argument and has no better come back… after a few secs the argument continues and eventually they all land up at the strip joint..while they are at the strip joint kajal at first is completely detesting being there but once the show starts shes stark eyed and she refuses to leave, while shes completely enjoying the show they three boys are getting hammered, eventually they boys get so drunk that all four of them are kicked out of the club.. kajal realizes that none of the three of them can drive and now she puts them into the car and she has to figure out a left hand drive and get the boys safe back home (here another thing that could be done could be that vivek calls her and she
answers and she scared that he will find out that shes at a strip joint but since hes constantly calling she answers his call and hes asking her whereabouts but she doesn’t say and while they ar talking the show is about to start and a certain announcement happens and he hears it anf now he knows where she is so he immediately leaves for the strip club to find kajal but by the time he gets there they could have already left..
And the wedding could be the next day…
(may be this wedding could happen later sometime after a few days so we get time to establish her relationship with the 3 boys and her status with vivek before he lands up at her hotel) Inside the Santo Stefano church.
A priest reads the vows in Italian, as the young couple looks nervous and excited. Standing next to them is a proud looking Marcello, dressed in a smart suit. His eyes are trying to find Kajal among the guests who are seated in the church.
He looks a little disappointed as he can't see her. Suddenly his eyes light up and he smiles.
CUT TO:
Inside the Santo Stefano church.
Kajal sitting in the far right corner and watching the ceremony.
CUT TO:
Vivek walking down Calle del Carro.
He sees a hotel and walks in.
Camera stays on the street.
After sometime, Vivek comes out of the hotel, looking disappointed.
CUT TO:
Inside the Santo Stefanoo church.
Marcello and Kajal catch each other's eye and exchange a warm smile.
The priest then chants hymns in Italian and then pronounces the couple husband and wife.
CUT TO:
Vivek entering a hotel. The camera slowly pans up, it's Pensione La Calcina, Kajal's hotel.
CUT TO:
The post wedding party in a lovely courtyard with a band playing traditional Italian music. It's night time now.
Some couples are dancing, some people are sitting on long wooden tables drinking wine, eating bread and clapping.
In the middle of all this we see a happy Marcello is dancing holding a jug of wine over his head.
CUT TO:
Kajal sitting in a corner clapping her hands to the music and having a good time.
CUT TO:
The young bride and bridegroom dancing.
CUT TO
Two very old Italian women laughing and clapping their hands to the music.
CUT TO:
Marcello dancing his way to the Kajal's table and sitting next to her.
Marcello (smiling): You having a good time?
Kajal (sipping her wine): Yeah, it's wonderful.
Marcello: You want to dance?
Kajal (smiling): No, I'm fine.
Before Marcello can ask her again, an old lady comes and drags Marcello away to dance. Kajal laughs as she sees them go.
As Marcello is dancing, he looks towards Kajal and her chair is empty.
He stops dancing and looks around but she's nowhere to be seen. He quickly runs to the entrance and he sees Kajal walking away.
Marcello (calling out): KAGEL.
Kajal turns around and stops, Marcello walks up to her.
Marcello: What happened? You don't like my family, my friends?
Kajal: Nooo...they're wonderful....I just need to get back.
Marcello (after a pause): Can I walk you back? It's late.
Kajal: No, I'll be fine....you should be with your family.
Marcello: It's ok, I'm with them everyday.
Kajal smiles at him, he smiles back and they start walking.
FADE OUT
FADE IN TO:
Kajal and Marcello walking over the small bridge opposite her hotel.
They are in the middle of a conversation.
Marcello: So you go to Amalfi coast from Venice?
Kajal: Yeah....have you been there?
Marcello: Oh many times, it is beautiful.
By now they've crossed the bridge.
Kajal looks up and suddenly stops walking. She freezes and looks like she's seen a ghost.
CUT TO:
Vivek is standing in front of Kajal's hotel.
He sees that Kajal is with a guy and his face changes, he looks angry.
CUT TO:
A wide shot of Kajal and Vivek looking at each other from across the street. Kajal doesn't know how to react.
CUT TO:
Kajal and Marcello.
Marcello: What happened?
Kajal: Nothing....you should go back now.
Before Marcello can answer Vivek has crossed the small lane and come to them.
He looks at Marcello and then at Kajal.
Kajal: What are you doing here?
Vivek: I told you I wanted to talk to you.
Kajal: And I told you we'll talk when I get back.
Vivek (raising his voice): I WANT TO TALK NOW KAJAL.
He the comes close to her face, almost to smell her breath.
Vivek (in disbelief): You've been drinking? YOU'VE BEEN DRINKING?? Since when did you start drinking?
Kajal (almost pleading): Vivek please.
Marcello is looking at both of them and wondering what's going on.
Vivek (looking at her clothes and then at Marcello): And what the hell are you wearing?...And who is this guy?
Vivek (to Marcello): Who are you?
Kajal (flustered): Vivek, stop it.
Marcello (to Vivek): I'm a friend of Kagel.
Vivek (to Kajal): FRIEND? You have male friends now?
Kajal doesn't know what to say, and just then Justin, Tim and the new guy arrive on the scene all drunk and smoking dope.
Justin (drunk): KAGELLLLL!!!
Tim (hugging Kajal): We missed you.
This is the last thing Kajal needed, she doesn't know how to react.
The new guy sits down on the ground and is quietly drinking his beer.
Vivek can't believe what's he's seeing, he looks stunned.
Justin notices Marcello and Vivek.
Justin (waving to both of them in his drunken state): Justin.
Marcello (with a smile): Marcello.
Vivek doesn't say anything, he is upset now.
A drunk Tim hugs Marcello and then tries to hug Vivek. Vivek pushes him back.
Vivek (to Kajal): Who are these people?
Kajal doesn't say anything.
Vivek (raising his voice): WHO ARE THESE GUYS KAJAL?
Justin and Tim look at each other and then at Kajal wondering who this guy is and why he's so upset.
Kajal (after a pause): They're my roomates.
Vivek (not believing what he's hearing): You're staying with MEN?
Kajal (a little angry now): Yes Vivek, I'm sharing a room with 3 men.
Marcello (to Kajal): I go now.
Kajal (turning to Marcello and feeling bad): Ok....I'm sorry Marcello.
Marcello (smiling): No, please....Goodnight.
And starts to walk away.
Vivek (to Kajal): Pack your bags, let's go.
Kajal: I'm not going anywhere Vivek.
Tim (to Kajal): Who is this guy?
Kajal doesn't say anything.
Vivek: Tell him who I am.
Kajal still doesn't say anything.
Vivek (slightly raising his voice): Tell them who I am Kajal.
Suddenly the new guy tugs at Vivek's jeans. Vivek looks down, the new guy offers Vivek his can of beer to take a sip. Vivek glares at him and hits the can from his hand, the can falls down, rolls and falls into the canal.
Kajal (almost angry now): VIVEK, STOP IT.
Suddenly there is pindrop silence as everyone waits to see what the new guy does now.
The new guy, drunk, goes to the edge of the canal and jumps in to get his can of beer.
Kajal, Tim and Justin can't believe their eyes. They look at each other rush to the edge of the canal, they see that the new guy has managed to grab his can of beer and is trying to swim back.
Justin and Tim start laughing uncontrolably even Kajal smiles a little as she finds it amusing.
This irritates Vivek even more.
Kajal (to Justin, Tim and the new guy): You guys go in, I'll see you in sometime.
Tim (concerned): Are you sure?
Kajal: Yeah.
Tim: Alright.
Justin (to Vivek, jokingly): Take it easy buddy, we'll be watching you.
And Tim, Justin and the new guy who's dripping wet, start walking towards the hotel.
Vivek (to Justin): Fuck you.
Justin stops and turns back.
Justin: What's that?
Vivek: I said FUCK YOU.
Kajal (disgusted): VIVEK!!!
Justin starts walking towards Vivek threateningly, and Vivek starts walking towards Justin threateningly too.
Kajal quickly steps in between before things get out of hand.
Kajal (almost pleading): Guys, STOP IT!!!
Justin and Vivek face each other, eye balling each other, both not giving in. Tim comes
and stands next to Justin and starts eye balling Vivek too. While the new guy, in the background, has sat down on the ground again and is drinking his beer.
Kajal (to Justin and Tim): Go back in....PLEASE...I'll be up in a minute.
Justin and Tim glare at Vivek and then slowly retreat and start walking back.
Kajal (angrily to Vivek): What the hell are you doing?
Vivek (equally angry): What the hell am I doing? What the hell are THEY doing??
Kajal: They're my friends Vivek and they're being protective.
Vivek (rolling his eyes): Protective? Yeah right.
Kajal (irritated): For your information, not all men want to sleep with all women all the time.
Vivek doesn't say anything, he just looks at Kajal for a moment or two.
Vivek (shaking his head): I don't recognise you anymore...You've changed.
Kajal doesn't say anything to that.
Kajal (almost defeated): What do you want Vivek?
Vivek: I want to talk to you.
Kajal: We ARE talking.
Vivek: C'mon Kajal, not like this.
Kajal: This is the best I can do...And you seem to be forgeting a very important thing.
Vivek: Which is?
Kajal (angry but trying not to shout): YOU were the one who cheated on me...So don't show up here and act like it's my fault.
Vivek (trying to calm her down): I am not saying it's your fault...All I'm saying is, I realised I made a mistake and....I want to marry you.
Kajal (almost pleading): Please don't do this Vivek, not right now.
Vivek: Not right now? Then when?
Kajal (confused): I don't know...But I promise we'll meet soon and chat...But not right now...I need some time.
Vivek: Time for what?....I said I'm sorry....we love each other...let's get married.
Kajal: You make it sound so easy.
Vivek: It IS easy.
(here kajal could ask her to meet her the next day or vice versa instead of asking him to go back to india right away)
Kajal: Not for me....I need some time Vivek...I need to think about it.
Vivek doesn't say anything, he just looks at her.
Vivek (after a pause): Alright...I'll...I'll wait for you, call me when you get back.
Kajal: I will.
She then turns to go.
Vivek: Kajal.
Kajal (turning back): Yeah?
Vivek: I love you.
Kajal just looks at him and breaks into a small smiles, a very sweet small smile.
Kajal (nodding and slightly smiling): I know.
Vivek smiles back at her.
Kajal: Have a safe flight back.
Vivek: Thank you...you enjoy the rest of the trip.
Kajal nods her head.
They stand there for a moment or two looking at each other. And then Kajal slowly turn and starts walking towards her hotel.
Vivek stands there watching Kajal cross the road and enter the hotel, he looks a little happy and relieved now.

Kajal lying in her bunk head, it's dark and all the 3 guys are fast asleep. But Kajal is wide awake and has a peaceful smile on her face.
FADE OUT:
(kajal goes back to her room and there is a little coldness amongst the four?? Or the three boys could just ask her if shes ok and if vivek bothered her too much, she says shes fine and she has to go and meet him the next daythey kind of give her a non approving smile but they are still supportive of what she wants to do, they go off to sleep without talking for too long.. or we could straight cut to next morning where the 3 boys are packing their bags and kajal is getting ready to meet vivek, she asks the 3 boys where they are headed and they tell her that they have a flight early morning so they are going to a concert and then they will straight head to the airport from there, kajal is a little surpirised to hear this and wants to spend the last few hours with them, they also ask her to join them but she tells them that she will have to go and meet vivek)
(kajal meets vivek at a restaurant and they start talking but right from the beginning kajal is a little agitated and restless… while vivek is talking she realizes that she is probably making the biggest mistake of her life wasting her time with vivek while she should be with her friends spending their last few hours with them, so after waiting for a while for vivek to make sense she finally tells him that she has to go be at that concert, vivek is stunned, she asks him to join too, but he refuses… finally kajal says that he should go back to india coz she still needs time to think and after saying this she starts running like shes running for her life)

Kajal waking up in the morning.
She looks down from her bed and she sees that all the 3 guys have checked out. Their beds are empty and their bags are gone. She looks a little sad.
She then slowly climbs down her bed and goes into the bathroom.
CUT TO:
Vivek in his hotel room.
He's all dressed up and is looks at himself in the full length mirror and wearing his watch. In the full length, we see the bed behind him and on the bed we see a women fast asleep, the same woman he was chatting with in the bar the previous night.
He then picks up his suitcase and quietly walks out of the room.
CUT TO:
Kajal sitting on a barstool by the bar of a cafe and finishing her expresso.
She then keeps 2 euro's on the counter and starts walking out of the cafe.

A frontal shot of Kajal walking down a street, towards the camera.
As she comes close to the camera, a small board outside a building catches her eye. She stops, reads it, slightly smiles to herself, thinks for a second or two and then walks into the building and starts climbing the wooden stairs.
CUT TO:
Kajal in a large hall, standing opposite a thin middle aged man with glasses. He is behind a wooden counter.
Man (in Italian accent): You have two choice, you wear no clothes or you wear a dress.
Kajal (shocked): No clothes?? Nothing?
Man: Yes....you wear nothing.
Kajal: I'll wear a dress.
Man: Ok.
He then calls out loudly to someone.
Man: ANNA!!!
A thin smartly dressed young girl comes out of a room.
Man (to Anna): Portarla dentro e darle il vestito.
Anna: Si.
Anna (to Kajal): This way please.
And she leads Kajal inside the room she came out of and closes the door.
