1. Check your Inbox for the Get Additional Manager Evaluation task.
Do you want another manager to submit feedback for this employee’s evaluation?
• Yes – Fill Reviewers field with employee’s additional leader(s) and click Submit. There is a maximum of two additional leaders that may be selected in this way.
• No – Click to Skip this Task.
Note:After your employee completes his/her Self Evaluation, the Manager Evaluation task is sent to your Inbox.
2. Return to your Inbox for the Manager Evaluation. 3. Click Go to Guided Editor.
4. From the Goals page (Note: Not all Manager Evaluations have this page): If you need to add a new goal to your Employee’s Evaluation:
a. Click Add.
b. Leave the Use Existing Goal box unchecked and complete all fields below to enter a new goal. Comments are optional.
c. Enter the new goal in the Goal field.
65 If you need to add existing goals to your Employee’s Evaluation:
a. Click Add.
b. Check Use Existing Goal.
c. Click in the empty field and select the appropriate goal.
d. Assign an appropriate ManagerProficiency Rating. Comments are optional. e. Click once each section is completed.
f. Repeat until all goals have been added.
If you need to complete goals already loaded on your Employee’s Evaluation: a. Click and assign an appropriate Manager Proficiency Rating. b. Click once each section is completed.
c. Repeat until all goalsections are completed. 5. Once all fields have been completed, click Next. 6. From the Performance Expectations page:
a. Click and assign a ManagerProficiency Rating. Comments are optional. b. Click once each section is completed.
c. Repeat until all Manager Evaluation sections are completed. d. Click Next.
7. From the Responsibilities page (Note: Not all Manager Evaluations have this page): a. Click and assign a ManagerProficiency Rating. Comments are optional. b. Click once each section is completed.
c. Repeat until all Manager Evaluation sections are completed. d. Click Next.
8. From the Overall page:
a. Click and assign an overall Rating of your employee’s performance. b. Write a Comment that summarizes your employee’s performance. c. Click Next.
9. Once all pages of your Manager Evaluation have been completed, review your selections. 10. Click Submit. The task Deliver Results of Performance Review will appear in your Inbox. 11. From Deliver Results of Performance Review, click View Printable Employee Review.
If needed, print or save the evaluation to review with your employee. 12. Schedule a meeting with your employeefor his/her Performance Review.
13. After completing your employee’s Performance Review, return to your Inbox task Deliver Results of Performance Review and click Submit. A task will be sent to your employee’s Inbox to acknowledge you have both completed the Performance Review process.

Administering Corrective Action
NOTE: To put an employee on suspension with or without pay, contact your local HR Partner for assistance.
From your home page:
1. Click the Team Performance app.
2. Under Corrective Action (far right bottom of the screen), click Start Corrective Action. 3. Click the Employee field, click My Team, and select the appropriate employee.
4. Click the Review Template field, click Disciplinary Action, and select the appropriate option:
• 1 – Documentation of Performance Expectations (verbal warning)
• 2 – Notice of Corrective Action (1st written warning)
• 3 – Final Notice of Corrective Action (final written warning)
• 4 – Notice of Dismissal (final notice)
Note: If employee is placed on option 4, you and the HR Partner will receive a To Do
step to begin the termination process for non-HR employees. (The HR Partner for Executives and HR role will receive the To Do item if the employee is in HR.)
5. Click inside the Corrective Actions Reasons field, click Reasons for Employee’s Country, click United States of America, click Coaching and Corrective Action, and place a check next each reason that applies to the corrective action.
6. Is this employee on corrective action?
a. If yes, click the Related Corrective Actions field and select the related corrective action. b. If no, skip to step 7 below.
7. In the Period Start Date field, click the calendar and select today’s date as the start date of the corrective action.
8. In the Period End Date field, click the calendar and select 6 months from today’s date as the end date of the corrective action.
9. Click SUBMIT.
10. Click OPEN to open the Manager Evaluation form.
11. Click inside the first question, Describe performance or conduct that does not meet expectations? and type your response in the Answer field.
12. Click inside the second question, Actions required to improve performance? and type your response in the Answer field.
13. Optional: Under Supporting Documents, click Add to upload relevant files. IMPORTANT! These files are viewable to employees upon completion of the Corrective Action Process. 14. Click SUBMIT. Up next in the approval process: HR Partner. To track the approval process,
follow the steps for Tracking Your Request.
15. Once the HR Partner reviews and approves, you will receive an Inbox task to deliver the results of your assessment with the employee. Click View Printable Employee Review and print the document for use during your review with the employee. IMPORTANT! DO NOT CLICK SUBMIT until after you complete the performance review with the employee.
