3. LIMITS AND CONTINUITY

3.3 CONTINUITY

1) The results of this study Suggests at mtervent1on be made in order th . . to improve the nutritional status of both mother and child, especially the mothers who had more nutritional inadequacies as seen from their body mass index and waist

hip ratios.

2) Nutrition education is one of the most sensitive factor that is needed by all mothers that will keep them info11ned about lifestyle adjustment as regards increasing the levels of physical activities, also coupled witp the right type of food to eat, at different stages of life and from there, better living can be assured tl1at will give a ''guarantee'' for better nutritional status for mothers.

3) Based on the findings of this study, it is suggested that further studies be carried out in this direction to further investigate other dete11ninants of overweight and obesity among mothers.
