CS Scholarship Program - Who We Are. Proudly supporting

It is of vital importance that there is an ongoing process for knowledge and certification of Central Service (CS) professionals involved in cleaning, disinfection, sterilization and distribution of sterile supplies. Certification provides personal identity, ongoing learning and professional development. SPSmedical supports educational development and competency based certification for sterile processing personnel. To qualify, applicants must have a minimum of 6 months experience in the department and provide a letter of recommendation from a supervisor or manager. This scholarship covers all self-study certification materials and exam cost through IAHCSMM or CBSPD. At this time, scholarships are only available to healthcare workers in the US and Canada.
