IV- ‐4 Data processing, Structure solution and refinement 175
Data were indexed and integrated using the program MOSFLM (Leslie 1992). The integrated data were merged and scaled using the programs of the CCP4 (CCP4. 1994) suite. Structures were solved by molecular replacement using PHASER (CCP4. 1994). The structures were refined by cycles of model building Coot (Emsley and Cowtan 2004) and refinement using REFMAC, CCP4 suite (CCP4. 1994).
