Property Tax Software System (Aumentum) – Implementation Update
For many years, Information Technology staff have been deeply involved in maintaining the computer systems that run the County property tax systems. With the migration from the County legacy application to the Aumentum system, this involvement has become a significantly more challenging. In order to respond to these challenges, Information Technology has refocused resources to address some of the issues with generating reports, integrating other county systems, and refining processes. This refocused effort has already resulted in some improvements to data access, including allowing for county departments to access business license information, and improved ability to create mailing address lists.
DocuSign
In order to increase the County's efforts to minimize paper, the County now has established a business relationship with DocuSign. This web-enabled product will enable the digital signing of documents and forms with members of the public. Information Technology staff are working on a plan to roll this out to interested departments, as well as integrating it into some of our existing applications.
