Germanna Community College Attn: Financial Aid Office 10000 Germanna Point Drive Fredericksburg, VA 22408

Dear Sir or Ma’am,

I would like to get more information about financial aid. I am hoping to enroll in the Fire Science Technology Certification program in the fall; however, I would need assistance paying for tuition and materials.

Could you send me printed information about my financial aid options? I am interested in speaking with a member of your staff about the filing procedure. I would also like to be notified of information

sessions at the college, so please add me to your mailing list.

Thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely, Jane Doe
