The engineering finalized Clomar report/final check of plan set. The submitted final signed plans/CLOMR report. They also assisted in preparation of bid documents and attended the pre-bid meeting with city staff. They provided bidding assistance for contractors, provided CAD files and answering questions, and provided the city bid tabulation and recommendation letter.
The city selected the construction contracor and worked on contract documents.
