Este estudio permite afirmar que los 32 profesores del programa de Ingeniería de Sistemas, que 91% son profesores objeto de estudio utilizan herramientas colaborativas, diseñan actividades y generan contenido colaborativo en el Aula Virtual para el desarrollo del proceso formativo de los estudiantes que permiten promover el aprendizaje activo, mientras que
El estudio mostró que los 32 profesores del programa de Ingeniería de Sistemas utilizan de manera frecuente y muy frecuente herramientas síncronas y asíncronas para promover la interacción en el Aula Virtual, además consideran importante esta actividad en el Aula y sienten satisfacción al desarrollar este tipo de actividades.

En relación con el diseño de contenidos, actividades y herramientas para promover la interacción con los estudiantes los profesores en general, lo consideran relevante, sin embargo, es necesario hacer esfuerzos en el diseño actividades y uso de herramientas que promuevan la interacción permanente en el Aula Virtual.
Se requiere que los profesores promuevan en el aula el análisis y la reflexión, el debate, mediante el diseño de actividades y uso de herramientas de manera permanente que coadyuven al desarrollar el aprendizaje activo en los procesos formativos.
En relación con las estrategias y acciones para la apropiación y construcción de espacios en comunidades de aprendizaje en el Aula virtual se requiere mayor participación de los profesores en este tipo de actividades generando con ellos mejores interacciones para determinar patrones de comportamientos y apoyo permanente a los estudiantes.
5.22. Recomendaciones
Con base en los resultados logrados en este estudio, se recomienda tener en cuenta los siguientes aspectos para seguir promoviendo y consolidando el aprendizaje activo en el programa de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad de Córdoba.
