DEPARTMENT 9 RABBITS
1. An Animal Owner or Caretakers' Verification of Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) form must accompany all PA rabbits, and must be presented upon arrival at the exhibition.
2. All animals must be free from infectious and contagious diseases. Animals appearing unhealthy upon arrival may not enter the exhibition grounds.
DEPARTMENT 9 RABBITS
3. All breeds recognized by the American Rabbit Breeders Association are eligible for competition and are to be judged according to the latest standard of perfection of the association. ARBA rules will govern.
4. All rabbits must be identified by a tattoo in the left ear. (put on entry blank) 5. Pen must consist of three (3) rabbits.
6. Each exhibitor limited to 2 entries per class.
7. No rabbit may compete in more than one class. Rabbits can not compete in single and pen. Three singles can not compete as a pen.
8. All rabbits must be weighed* upon arrival at the fairgrounds.
*WEIGHTS: Market Rabbits 4-9lbs. Pen of Meat Rabbits 3-8lbs.
9. No rabbits under 8 weeks old can be entered in show 10. Entry deadline is August 11th of current fair year.
11. No animal shall be entitled to more than one premium.

DEPARTMENT 10 4-H & VOCATIONAL
RULES and REGULATIONS
MUST have 5 exhibitors in each Department to receive premiums.
MUST have 2 or more exhibitors in each Class to be considered competitive Entry Deadline: August 13th of current year
4-H is a youth education program of Penn State Cooperative Extension. It is a non-formal education program for youth between the ages of 8 and 18.
1. 4-H Club members must have passed their eighth birthday but not have passed their nineteenth birth by January 1 of the current year.
2. Exhibitors must be members of a regularly organized 4-H Club, carrying a project in the field they wish to make entry and be following established 4-H rules and guidelines.
3. 4-H fair entries must have been completed during the current 4-H Club year.
4. Each exhibit will be judged on the recognized 4-H Club standard and must meet completion requirements.
5. If exhibit is not worthy of premium, none will be given.
6. An individual animal may be shown as a market exhibit or a breeding exhib-it, but the same individual animal may not be exhibited in both market and breeding classes.
7. 4-H and FFA members must be present and must have charge of his/her animal at time of judging. Unethical behavior towards any animal will not be tolerated and the member will be asked to leave the fairgrounds.
8. Current health rules and regulations apply for all entries.
9. Students enrolled in general Home Economics in a comprehensive high school and enrolled in an accepted Vocational school are considered qualifying.
