Greetings. I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. Thinking is the basis of the formation of the creation and thought is the basis then of the creation of the 3rd
dimension. We understand that there are different levels of reality and the physical level of reality may be called the “material world.” On this world in which you live, there are polarizations, there are densities and there are certain laws of physics that dominate and control the nature of the actions on the physical world.

It is equally true that there is another world that is made up of thoughts and the thinking world. Believe it or not, it is the basis, the forerunner, of the physical world.
The basis of our interventions on the Earth focus on creating a new reality and a new paradigm. This new paradigm will allow a unity consciousness and a cosmic
consciousness to emerge in, on and around the Earth. What is particularly important is the cosmic consciousness.
Cosmic consciousness is a way of explaining that the energy from outside of your solar system influences your planet or that the energy from outside of your solar system can be amplified to influence the planet. In particular, we look at the Central Sun as an extra-solar energetic source, which if amplified and is correctly received, will provide new cosmic energy to the planet.
This new cosmic energy will allow people to think cosmically. To think cosmically means that you will have at your disposal energies from other galactic civilizations. It means that you will have thoughts and inventive ideas from other higher galactic beings.
It also means that you can go on the etheric level for music, for art, for poetry and, of course, for channeling, which will allow you to bring down a higher vibrational thought field.
We can summarize the entire intervention that we are working on with you. We can summarize this intervention as creating a new thought force field for the entire planet. To that end, we try to describe the connections that you have with the 5th
dimension and with such places as the Crystal Temple. We have said that each thought is like a projective, luminous strand of light that goes from your physical body to this 5th -dimensional temple that we have described to you as the Crystal Temple.
There is a corollary to this paradigm. This paradigm is focused on thinking. The corollary to this paradigm is the fact that your thoughts and especially, the higher
thoughts, create a web of strands of light around the planet. Some of these thoughts that are strands of light go into the subconscious, the universal unconscious of the planet.
They serve as purifications because we know that the consciousness has a corresponding unconsciousness and we know that the thinking is really still a relatively new aspect in the frontal lobe of the brain.
We know that the thoughts and consciousness are like icebergs and that you see the tip of the iceberg. You know that the tip of the iceberg only represents maybe 5 percent of the total iceberg, but the majority of the iceberg is under water. It is the part of the iceberg that is under water that really is affecting that top part.
And it is the same way in the unconscious. The majority of the energy of the mind is unconscious and it is affecting the top part. The strands of light are based on higher

thinking. They can coordinate projections into the unconscious. This can create an energy of purification for the unconscious. After the unconscious energy is purified, then the conscious energy, which is more of the reality that you experience in your waking life, you will improve, will be going to a higher dimension or higher realm.
In this lecture we want to explain that the strands of thoughts are actually like an umbrella of luminous strands that are being projected around the entire planet. In this way, our thinking and your thinking affects the conscious world that you see. In this way, your thinking and the thoughts that you project become, in essence, like a Creator-energy thought. The Creator made the creation through thought. After the thought, the Creator made a statement and you describe that statement as, “Let there be light.”
Before the Creator could say the words, “Let there be light,” there was the Creator’s thought about what the formation of light would look like and how the
development of the universe would unfold. The thought comes first and then the words.
In the methodology that we are teaching, we are looking to transform the planet.
We are looking to transform you as well on a personal basis, so that you can move off the planet into the higher dimension. Let us look at the planet. Each of you is on a soul mission for planet Earth. Each of you has a great Love and a great desire to “heal” the planet.
Some of you have been perplexed because you have wondered, “Well, what is my soul mission and what is my planetary mission?” Maybe you have found some comfort in your own personal development, but maybe you have not really found how you can manifest and deliver to the planet.
You have joined the Group of Forty with the intention and with the hope of maximizing your participation in planetary healing. You are thinking. Your sending out luminous strands of thought around the planet fulfills your planetary mission. Participate in the energetic waves of thought that begin to encompass this reality. You have begun to understand the basic teachings of the levels of the
interventions. You have come to understand that one of the major levels of interventions in creation is in the thinking world. For in the world of thought, in the world of thinking, strands of thought can be projected around a planet. These strands of thought are
actually etheric strands that become physical. They are setting up an energetic pattern that will allow a manifestation of the thought energy into the physical.
I believe that every Group of Forty member wants to see a healing on the Earth and wants to see a manifestation of the healing. The pattern and the process for the manifestation start in the world of thought. The manifestation for your Ascension starts in the world of thought. But the healing of a planet becomes more complicated.

When I use the word healing for the planet, I want you to understand that the word “healing” in this context means unification. It means coming into a unified balance. I think when you use that definition, then you and other people will agree that this planet is out-of-balance. You would say, “Well, what evidence is there?” The planet is out-of-balance. If everything were left to where it is going now without an
intervention, then the planet and the biosphere would collapse and life, as you know it on this planet, would end.
It is true that many people use this argument that there would be some aspects of the biosphere that may survive. For example, (we are not saying this to be humorous), you might find that the cockroaches would be able to survive in a collapse of the biosphere. You might find that the planet would be ruled by insects, for example. That means that the biosphere would not totally collapse, but I think from our standpoint, that would represent a near total collapse of the biosphere. Our definitions of the
biosphere focus on an energetic sphere of light force that supports higher life. We do not consider cockroaches to be a higher life form. This biosphere, as you know it, is in
danger of collapsing, or to put it another way, the biosphere will not be able to support higher life forms like yourselves if there is no intervention.
Therefore, this could be considered a collapse unless there can be a rebalancing.
The rebalancing requires a re-thinking. The rebalancing requires an energetic thought field that would encompass the whole planet. This thought field and energetic field would be amplified and be imported by many people on the planet and by the planet itself. One of the basic ideals of Biorelativity and planetary healing is that the planet has to receive the energy. The planet exists and is formulated with a balance. If that balance goes out of control, then certain energetic patterns must be reintroduced that will allow the retooling, so that the energy of the planet can define and return to a higher balance.
Again, we define a higher balance as a balance that will allow higher life forms to exist on the planet. The ultimate goal of the Biorelativity is to keep a balance on the entire planet that will allow it to sustain higher life forms. That then becomes the main thought pattern and that becomes the main thought-projection and thought intervention that will be used to bring the planet into a balance and will allow higher life forms to be sustained.
Of course, then the question is, “What thought form is that?” I will try to explain that thought form and how the thought form or energetic light strands from those thoughts can be encompassing the entire Earth.
I seek the vibratory tone and energy to connect us all to the vibrational thought field of the Earth.

The etheric crystals are being downloaded into the Earth for the purpose of holding the thought field patterns. The thought field patterns are very high, etherically thin light energies and I can tell you that in the current condition of the planet, it is hard to find energetic places that are centrally located that can receive, that can hold and that can transmit the thought patterns, the new cosmic consciousness, the new Biorelativity healing thought patterns that we are encouraging you to work with. Another way to say this is that it is difficult, in the current conditions, to find places that could hold the powerful 5th-dimensional thought fields that are necessary to ensure the biosphere can sustain higher life forms. For example, we could look at Jerusalem, which is, of course, a very high energetic place, but there are so many conflicting energies in that city.
Therefore, it might be hard to hold a certain light frequency there of unity, of brotherhood, of cosmic consciousness that would be necessary to sustain.
We have worked to establish, to explain and to download etheric crystals. The etheric crystals that we have worked with have certain characteristics that are beneficial and are certainly useful in the planetary healing or planetary unification. The first requirement is that the crystal be multi-dimensional. That is to say that the crystal has the energy and the ability to connect and to receive thought patterns from the 5th dimension and the 3rd dimension. The second aspect of the etheric crystals is that they can hold these thought patterns and higher energy and are not subject to the
polarizations and densities. Many of you here already work with crystals, especially some of the ancient crystals that you have worked with, which are referred to as the ancient skull crystals. These crystals are examples of crystals that hold energy no matter what the surrounding life force energy is or what the surrounding force field is.
In the planetary healing and the planetary work, we do not want the thought waves to be shut down. We want the thought waves to continue to go through the entire planet all the time and at the greatest amplification. This is why the etheric crystals are becoming vital. They can hold the thought waves and they can continue to amplify and to send thought signals around the planet.
We are talking about the thinking world and how the thinking world can affect what is manifested in the material world. Thinking has to be at a certain frequency and a certain signal strength and that signal strength has to be continual. Etheric crystals can hold and transmit thoughts so that they can be continual.
Each etheric crystal has a different energy and a different function in this whole thought pattern. What is interesting is that the functions of the crystals also are shifting as new crystals are added and also as new energy is being downloaded. For example, the crystal at Lago Puelo, which may have been the first crystal, had a primordial energy, an energy of beginning and an energy of activation for the whole planet. I am Juliano.

Greetings, I am Archangel Michael. These attributes or spheres in Hebrew language are known as the Sephiroth. They are holy spheres and in the teachings of the Ancient Ones, of the ancient rabbis, each sphere emanates an energy from God. Each sphere on the Tree of Life has an attribute that you seek to express in your lifetime. So, for example, some of the attributes are wisdom, understanding, balance, beauty, judgment, compassion and mercy. These are called divine attributes. If you hold those divine attributes, then you will look at and understand how you can transform and be in divine energy and divine light.
The Tree of Life is balanced in the male and female. Some of the spheres are feminine; some of the spheres are masculine. Sometimes in certain planets, the spheres of energy are too masculine. When they are too masculine, the energy of the planet becomes too harsh or too critical. Sometimes the spheres are too feminine and they are too surrendering. There is too much compassion. For those people who are bent on evil, sometimes compassion is not what they need. Sometimes they need judgment.
Sometimes they need rectification. So you see, there has to be a certain balance. Juliano has told you that when looking at a planet, you would have to evaluate which attributes are out-of-balance.
(Toning.) The Tree of Life on Earth is crying. It is crying. It is crying.
The Tree of Life contains a divine influx of light. That light strikes the first Sephiroth, the Sephiroth known as Kether. It is also known as the head of the Tree of Life. The divine influx is compared to lightning. This divine lightning immediately goes to all of the etheric crystals. It creates a re-alignment so that a new balance will hold the energy. It contains a new thought energy that can sustain higher life forms in the
biosphere.
The Tree of Life is called Etz Chaim in the Kabbalah. It the major branch of Jewish mysticism. The Hebrew word kabbalah is translated as “to receive.” It contains a blueprint for personal transformation and also a blueprint for planetary transformation.
We introduce this planetary transformational energy as a paradigm that can be used for the interaction of the sacred crystals or the etheric crystals that are being downloaded.
Mt. Fuji, in essence, becomes the crystal that would hold for this day the illuminating life, thunder and lightning bolt that will go through all of the crystals to bring everything into alignment.
We would find that the attributes that the Tree of Life speaks can be used for personal transformation. Its traits include wisdom, beauty, understanding, retribution, judgment, compassion, Christ Consciousness and universal awareness. These attributes have to be modified for planetary work. The essence of each crystal will come to
different members’ consciousnesses. Every member will explore the crystals. Each will

know what that crystal offers and what that crystal’s role is in the whole Tree of Life for the Earth.
We are going to expand the Tree of Life for the planetary healing to 12. For this time, it is a great honor to hold the energy of the crystals for this represents, in part, a completion, and then the 12 crystals will open up a new dimensional aspect to the Planetary Tree of Life!
