To export an entire source private EDB file or CAS file

1. In the Source pane, select the root of the EDB file or CAS file. 2. Do one of the following:

n On theToolsmenu, clickExport.

n On the toolbar, click theExporticon .

n Right-click the EDB file, and on the shortcut menu, clickExport. TheExport EDBor Export CASwindow appears.

3. In theFormatbox, selectPST,MSG, orTXT.If you selectedPST,Export results to multiple PSTs

4. If you want to limit the documents exported by when an action was performed (such as Received, Sent, or Due), selectFilter Byand do the following:

n In theDatebox, select an action performed on the document.

n ForAfterandBefore, select the appropriate check box, if desired. You may select

both check boxes. Then type or select the part of the date you want to change.

searches for documents created on or before the selected date. 5. In theExport to Folderbox, specify the location of the exported EDB file. 6. ClickExport.

7. In theExport Progresswindow, verify the EDB file was successfully exported, and click

Close.

To export a source PST file, a mailbox, a folder, a profile CAS folder, or a public EDB file

1. In the Source pane, select a PST file, a mailbox or a profile CAS folder, or the public EDB file

root.

2. Do one of the following:

n On theToolsmenu, clickExport.

n On the toolbar, click theExporticon .

n Right-click the mailbox, folder, or public EDB root, and on the shortcut menu, click Export. TheExport MailboxorExport Folderwindow appears.

3. In theFormatbox, selectPST,MSG, orTXT.

n If you selected the PST format, enter the name of the resulting PST file. If you are

1. In the Target pane, select a PST file, a mailbox or a profile CAS folder, or the public EDB file

root.

2. Do one of the following:

n On the toolbar, click theExporticon .

n Right-click the mailbox, folder, or public EDB root, and on the shortcut menu, click Export. TheExport MailboxorExport Folderwindow appears.
