FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
Your first monthly payment is due within 30 days of enrollment unless the tuition was paid in full. An invoice will be sent prior to your due date. Each additional payment will be due on the same day of each month thereafter operating on a 30 day billing cycle until your account balance is paid in full.
Invoicing is a courtesy to our students and in no instance will affect the obligation to pay in accordance to your signed Enrollment Agreement. Alternatively, payments may be made via credit/debit card without any additional fee. Students may elect to have their tuition taken directly from a credit card or checking account each month by submitting such request in writing.

FINANCIAL PROBATION
It is imperative for your academic success that your account remains current. Brighton College reserves the right to discontinue grading or shipment of materials once your account is past due or terminate enrollment for non-payment. Upon termination or cancellation, the account balance will be re-calculated according to Brighton College’s Refund Policy on your signed Enrollment Agreement. If there is a remaining balance an invoice will be sent to you and should be paid within 30 days to prevent further collection efforts. Added cost for collecting
delinquent accounts will be your obligation and must be paid prior to reinstatement. No transcripts or other documents, including grade reports, will be issued to students on financial probation.
TEXTBOOKS AND INSTRUCTION
Brighton College’s faculty members will grade and comment on examinations and answer student questions, evaluate the student’s progress during the program, and assist the student with his or her studies while enrolled in the program. Textbooks are included in your tuition for all diploma and degree programs. Brighton will provide ebooks when available. Courses are released one at a time and will be delivered as new courses are released to the student.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Brighton College will pay all shipping and handling charges for required materials and textbooks within the U.S.. There will be an additional fee for shipping, handling and all applicable custom duties for international students.

REFUND POLICY
Program Withdrawal
If for any reason you discontinue your studies, Brighton College has established cancellation and refund policies for your protection. A grade of “W” will be recorded in the course(s) the student was in the process of completing, but had not yet finished
A student may voluntarily withdraw from a training program at any time in any manner including in writing, by email or phone.

Refund Calculation
If Brighton College is notified of cancellation within five (5) calendar days after midnight of the day on which the enrollment agreement is accepted, an applicant requesting cancellation in whatever manner within this time will be given a refund of all money paid to Brighton College. This refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of the notification.
Fromfive (5) calendar days after midnight on the day on which the enrollment agreement is accepted and until the time Brighton College receives the first completed lesson assignment from the student, upon cancellation, Brighton College is entitled to a registration fee of $75 already retained.
When a student cancels after completing at least one graded assignment but less than 50% of the graded assignments, the institution may retain the application fee and a one-time
registration fee of no more than 20% of the tuition not to exceed $200, plus a percentage of tuition paid by the student in accordance with the following schedule:
Up to and including completion of the first 10% of the course, 10% of the tuition after deducting the enrollment fee.
After completing more than 10% of the course and up to and including completion of 25% of the course, 25% of the tuition after deducting the enrollment fee.
After completing more than 25% of the course and up to and including completion of 50% of the course, 50% of the tuition after deducting the enrollment fee.
If the student completes more than half of the course, Brighton College shall be entitled to retain the total course tuition. Any course in the program which has not been started will be entitled to a full refund. The refund amount of the course in progress shall be the ratio of completed lesson assignments received by the institution to the total lesson assignments required to complete the course.
Term Of Enrollment Agreement
Each enrollment agreement will have a fixed term stated on the agreement based on the maximum time to complete for each program. After the term expires, no refund of tuition will be issued.

Holder In Due Course
Any holder of this consumer credit contract is subject to all claims and defenses which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods or services obtained pursuant hereto or with the proceeds, hereof Recovery hereunder by the debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor (FTC Rule effective 5-14-76).
