1 Before 0.1 Air Reservoir 1. Visually inspect the date (MM YY) on the FN303 Air Reservoir.
Date on FN303 Air Reservoir must be within 15 years of the current date.

0.1 Air Reservoir Visually inspect air reservoir for dents, broken or missing 1/4-turn air valve, or missing, corroded or damaged nipples.

0.1 Air Reservoir Release Latch
Inspect air reservoir release latch for proper operation. Confirm that air reser- voir release latch secures air reservoir to launcher.
Release latch is bro- ken or fails to keep air reservoir secured to launcher. Replace FN303 Air Reservoir. 4 Before and After 0.1 Air Reservoir Pressure Gauge
1. Visually inspect gauge on FN303 Air Reservoir for cracks or damage.
Gauge is cracked or damaged. Replace air reservoir with filled FN303 Air Reservoir. 0.1 2. Verify that filled pressure level is at
3000 psi.
Pressure gauge is below 3000 psi. Fill air reservoir IAW WP 0005 00. 5 Before and

0.1 Upper Stock Assembly
Visually inspect upper stock assembly for cracks, breaks, or broken sight(s).
Upper stock assem- bly is cracked, bro- ken or sight(s) are broken. Notify Field Maintenance for replacement. 6 Before and

0.1 Front Sight Check function of front sight. Front sight broken or missing. Return to Field Mainte- nance for replace- ment of sight. 7 Before and

0.1 Rear Sight Check function of rear sight. Rear sight broken or missing. Return to Field Maintenance for replacement of sight. 8 Before and After 0.1 Launcher Hous- ing Assembly on Lower Stock Assembly
Visually inspect plastic launcher housing assembly for cracks, broken air reservoir mounts or any obvious deterioration.
Launcher housing assembly is deterio- rated or cracked, or air reservoir mount is broken. Notify Field Maintenance for replacement.

0.1 FN303 Launcher Air Supply Hose and Quick Con- nect
1. Inspect FN303 Launcher air supply hose and quick connect for cracks, frays, corrosion or any other dam- age.
Air supply hose or quick connect dam- aged/not function- ing properly. Return to Field Maintenance for replacement of FN303 Launcher air supply hose. 0.1 2. Inspect for presence (-010) O-ring in
high pressure transfer hose quick connect.
O-ring is worn, damaged, or miss- ing. Return to Field Maintenance for replacement of (-010) O-ring in quick connect. 11 Before and Daily 0.1 HP Air Hose Lubrication
Disconnect air supply hose from air res- ervoir “GUN” nipple.
Apply pneumatic oil IAW WP 0006 00 to ensure reliable oper- ation.

0.1 Safety Lever Inspect safety lever for proper operation. Safety lever is bro- ken, missing, and/or does not operate properly. Notify Field Maintenance. 13 Before and 0.1 Trigger Inspect trigger for proper operation. Trigger does not

Inspect magazine release button for proper operation.
Magazine release button does not operate properly. Notify Field Main- tenance for replace- ment.

0.1 Stock Release Button
Visually inspect stock release button for proper action.
Stock release but- ton is cracked or broken. Notify Field Maintenance for replacement. 16 Before and After 0.1 Magazine Assembly
1. Visually inspect magazine assembly to ensure it is not cracked or broken. Ensure rotor disk is not obstructed and moves with spring action.
Magazine broken or missing parts. Replace with new magazine. 0.1 2. Visually inspect magazine for debris
or broken projectiles.
Magazine is dirty. Clean magazine IAW WP 0020 00. 0.1 3. Visually inspect (through clear mag-
azine cover) for presence of projec- tiles.
Magazine is partially loaded or empty. Load maga- zine IAW WP 0006 00.
17 During 0.5 Zeroing Confirm launcher’s ZERO by comparing the Mean Point of Impact (MPI) with the point of aim at 30 meters.
Points of Impact do not line up. Zero launcher IAW Adjust Front Sight and Zero In, WP 0007 00.
18 Daily 0.1 Launcher
CAUTION
If launcher is exposed to dusty/ sandy conditions, it will require cleaning whether it was fired or not.
Visually inspect upper and lower stock assembly for dirt, sand, debris.
Launcher exposed to dusty/sandy con- ditions. Clean launcher compo- nents IAW WP 0019 00.
