Gymnastics 2 (2-4) - Thu.
Dance classes provide students an opportunity to explore various dance forms. All students are expected to be prompt for class, dressed appropriately with hair pulled back neatly. Beginners may come in P.E. clothes on the first day of class. No dance classes will be held the week of Spring Dance Showcase from March 29 through April 1. Cost of classes do not include these days. In late spring, we will hold an informal
performace showcasing all students enrolled in the After School Dance Program . More information to follow.

Gymnastics 2
This class is a progression from Gym 1. Generally, students must have completed Gym 1 before they will be allowed to take Gym 2. Students will work on, among other things, variations of cartwheels, control in handstands, introduction to back and front walk-overs, and a greater emphasis on strength and conditioning exercises.
