Capacitors are a commonly defective or failing component of systems that do not receive regularly scheduled maintenance / evaluation. Cleaning The "A" coil is also part of annual maintenance. temperatures between the supply and return ducts are between 17 and 22 degrees.This differential in temperatures indicates that the unit is cooling as intended.The supply air temperature on your system when checked at several supply ducts was 58.1 degrees, and the return air temperature was 76.1 degrees.This indicates that the systems range in temperature drop was normal.

7.5 Heavy rust was observed in one or more of the condensation overflow pans in the attic.This indicates a past or current blockage of the primary
condensation drain line.The blocked line will cause condensation to back up and leak from the air handler cabinet into the overflow pan. No condensation could be produced today and a qualified person should determine if the line is currently obstructed.
