Instruct And Train

Once you have gotten your CEO and Manager, they'll need to run your company precisely as you have instructed them. You are ultimately the sole owner, therefore you’re responsible for everything that happens or fails to happen. It is also your responsibility to insure they know exactly what’s expected of them, so they can perform to your standards.

The Bottom Bitch will have the responsibility of being the overseer of the company. There is only 1 CEO and only 1 Bottom Bitch in any stable, you cannot have 2 Bottom Bitches. The Bottom Bitch is responsible for insuring all the Ho’s are working, and producing as much as possible. She’s looking for any issues that'll cause a problem, and that all the Ho’s are producing happily. She takes care of any Ho's problem that’s unbeknown to you, and any Ho with a problem will report to the Bottom Bitch for resolution. And then she’s to report back to you about any problems, uprisings, or rebellions within the company. Some call them “Wife In Law”, ultimately she’s the Mother Ho, or King Ho.

She'll also take part in the Initiation of the Top Bitch, because these two Ho’s will need constant bonding. They should work extremely well together, this

shows stability within the company. It shows that the leaders within the company have a great working relationship, and then everyone else will feel comfortable working for you. During the Top Bitch Initiation, the Bottom Bitch should be licking ass, pussy, toes, and anything else you can think of. She’ll also be getting her ass, pussy, and toes licked by the Top Bitch, this will bond these Ho’s.

The Top Bitch will have the responsibility of being the sole trainer of the company. She'll be responsible for insuring all the Ho’s are trained to your perfection. She gets right out next to the Ho’s on the track, and train them on their Ho skills. She'll insure the Ho’s know how to suck a dick properly, how to make a Trick nut quick, and how to get the most money she can from a Trick.

Everything that has to do with ho training is the Top Bitch responsibility. She'll also find out about the hot spots, in the event you need to relocate. She should know where the cops are and who they're busting, what Pimp is leaking and which of his Ho’s is ready to jump. Then she reports back to you any problems that may affect your company. Also if a Ho is in need of some Pimpin, and Ho’s that are unable to catch on to the ho’n. Any working mechanics of the company will be reported.

With these two company keepers swarming these Ho’s, everything will remain in place. Any issues should be quickly dealt with, swiftly and completely. But these two Ho’s need to basically love each other, there should be no shown animosity. However you do know that deep down animosity that will occur, just as long as it’s not shown or acted upon.

You’ll need to insure they are well rehearsed on their positions, and they’re instructing and training to standard. You should have a nightly formal meeting to receive your reports from your Ho’s, discussing any problems and solutions within the company. The only ones authorized to attend is the three of you, no one outside of management are allowed to attend. During the meetings, you'll check on their love for each other, by the way they’re acting towards one another. If there is a problem fix it on the spot, explain their responsibility, and what will be tolerated.

Once a Bitch say’s she’ll ho for you, during her Initiation these two Ho’s will be the ones doing it, not you. Although you will be present so the new Ho can see that everything happening comes from your Power. And she'll get pissed on or anointed only by you, this is symbolic of her becoming your Ho. But everything else comes from these two Ho’s, all the training, mentoring, and skills will come from them. They'll also need to be fuckin the shit out of this new Ho, which will make her more committed to them. You'll be looming around dressed as a King (Pimp), and allowing her to see you giving exact, and specific instructions to your Bottom and Top Bitches. She needs to understand that you’re the Pimp, and you may or may not allow her into your Kingdom, everything is done by your choice.

5. Ho' Find Ho's

The more Ho’s you have the money you get, so you need to get the best ones you can find. Five Ho’s at $1000.00 a day, equals $30,000.00 a week minimum, get one more Ho and that’s $36,000.00, two more Ho’s $48,000.00 a week. Five dedicated Ho’s bringing in a minimum of $1000.00 a day, working 6 days a week, will gross you $1,560,000.00 a year. Your math may be different, so make sure you’re using the 52 week system. And this is the smallest stable you want to Pimp, but also the easiest to manage.

So you should send your Ho’s out to recruit more Ho’s. It’s much easier for them to approach a Bitch about ho’n than you. However, they shouldn’t go out asking a Bitch to ho, they also should disguise the business as modeling, escorting, star search, or anything else creative. They'll also need business cards to pass out with their names on it, not yours. Because when the Bitch calls, she'll want to talk to your Ho about making money.

They'll need to constantly try to find another Ho for the company. Because after they've brought in 5 dedicated Ho's, their ho'n days stop (yea right), they'll need to do whatever they can to get another Ho for you. They’ll need to become their girlfriends, best friends, or whatever else they need to become. House Wives, Strippers, Models, Cashiers, Food Service, Next Door Neighbors, they all have the potential to become a Ho. Because your Ho's look good, and feels good, these Bitches will quickly becomes envious and want some of what your Ho's have.

When she’s out happy ho’n, the other Ho’s will wish they had what she does. That’s why your Ho’s should look fine as hell, and act happy about what she’s doing. Some Pimps won’t do shit for their Ho’s, and they'll at some point become disgruntle about working for him. They’ll begin to wonder why her Pimp is not providing for her, as you’re providing for your Ho’s. They’ll get very curious and wonder if the grass is greener on the other side of the Track.

When these Ho's begin approaching your Ho's, they'll need to snatch them up. This is easy pickings, because you won’t have to do much Ho training, she already knows what she's doing, however she will need to conform to your sable standards. But you'll need to check this Ho out and see if she’s worth investing in, remember you don’t want to sell a rotten product. Once she’s a part of your stable she becomes a sole reflection of you, don’t just accept any Ho she must meet your standards of acceptance. Just like selling a bag of weed, if it’s bad they’re not coming back, if it’s good you’ll see them tomorrow.

Make sure they know what type of Ho's you want in your company. No crack head Ho's period, of course they'll want to get in, but they are clearly not worth

the troubles. You cannot put poison in your company, they'll work to bring down the whole industry. As fine as she may be, if she's bringing in the bullshit, don't let her in. Just like at a job interview, you won't get every job you apply for, because you may not have what the company's looking for. They're not saying you're a bad person, but you just don't have what they are looking for.

Also when a Bitch sees another Ho perform sex acts for cash, they seem to feel a little more comfortable doing it themselves. Especially a Bitch that has never ho'd before, she'll conform easier with Ho persuasion. It's evidence that she'll be OK if she sells a little pussy, after all your Ho's look good. In fact she'll believe that she would be better off if she does sell some pussy. When she sees your Ho's conforming to your Pimpin she'll fall right in, natural as hell.

Your Ho’s should work together, and work for the greater good. With two Ho’s working on one Bitch is overwhelming, and they’re more likely to succeed.

They'll need to treat this Bitch well, by being friendly all the way up to the point of Initiation. Then she is no longer a Bitch but has just become your Ho, of her own free will and of her own choice. She'll need to be Initiated in, and treated as one of your Ho’s. But she'll never hold any weight in your company, because she’s a worker. She’s a Ho that’s found by another Ho.
