THE AGREEMENT FOR LAUNCHING OF TRANSPORT AGENCY OF CENTRAL TRANSIT CORRIDOR SIGNED AT DAR- ES-SALAM ON 02 SEPTEMBER 2006, BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BURUNDI, THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF RWANDA, THE GOVERNMENT OF UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA

The Chamber of Deputies, in its session of December 13, 2007;

The Senate, in its session of December 19, 2007;

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda of 04 June 2003, as amended to date, especially in Articles 62, 66, 67, 88 , 89, 90, 92, 93, 95, 108, 118, 189, 190, and 201;

After considering the Agreement for Lauching of Transport Agency of Central Transit Hall signed at Dar Es Salaam on 02 September 2006, between Government of the Republic of Burundi, the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Government of the Republic of Rwanda, the Government of United Republic of Tanzania and the Government of the Republic of Uganda;

ADOPTS:

Article One: Authorization of ratification

The Agreement for Lauching of Transport Agency of Central Transit Hall signed at Dar Es Salaam on 02 September 2006, between Government of the Republic of Burundi, the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Government of the Republic of

Le Sénat, en sa séance du 19 décembre 2007;

Vu la Constitution de la République du Rwanda du 04 juin 2003, telle que révisée à ce jour, spécialement en ses articles 62, 66, 67, 88 , 89, 90, 92, 93, 95, 108, 118, 189, 190, et 201;

Considérant l’Accord pour l’Etablissement de l’Agence de Facilitation du Transport de Transit du Corridor Central signé a Dar Es Salaam le 02 septembre 2006, entre le Gouvernement de la République du Burundi, le Gouvernement de la République Démocratique du Congo, le Gouvernement de la République du Rwanda, le Gouvernement de la République Unie de Tanzanie, et le Gouvernement de la République de l’Uganda ;

ADOPTE:

Article premier : Autorisation de ratification

L’Accord pour l’Etablissement de l’Agence de Facilitation du Transport de Transit du Corridor Central signé à Dar Es Salaam le 02 septembre 2006, entre le Gouvernement de la République du Burundi, le Gouvernement de la République Démocratique du Congo, le Gouvernement de

y’u Rwanda, Guverinoma ya Repubulika Yunze Ubumwe ya Tanzaniya na Guverinoma ya Repubulika ya Uganda, yemerewe kwemezwa burundu.

Ingingo ya 2 : Igihe itegeko ritangira gukurikizwa
