Think of your passion, purpose, and strongest values as capital assets. When it comes to creating wealth and becoming a mil-lionaire, they are three of your most important assets. Why?
First, when you express your passionate purpose and act in accordance with your true values, you are tapping into your own natural motivators. This compels you to take action and move your business forward.
Second, they are assets because they identify who you are in the marketplace. They are the most important elements of
your business brands. They communicate what you value and the specific difference you promise to create for your customers.
In marketing terms, they set you apart and differentiate you from other businesses.
Third, when you use them in your marketing, they resonate with the type of prospect ideally suited to become your customer.
This is because your message is relevant to them and what they seek. It connects with what they value.
Equally important, they are who you will most enjoy as clients because they naturally want what you and your business are all about. They want, and probably need, what you are on Earth to provide.
When you build your business by making a positive difference to those you feel passionately motivated to help, it is easier for you to make money and also experience your deepest levels of fulfillment.
Your passion, purpose, and values are three of your most precious capital assets. Treasure them. They are why you are here on Earth and should be primary reasons you are in business.
Leverage these assets by making them core to how you do business. Utilize them to create your business vision and develop your products and services. Bring them into your marketing so you attract the right customers. Your passion, purpose, and values pro-vide direction on your path to becoming a Conscious Millionaire.
Conscious Focused Action Model
This is the third version of the foundational model, which is found in Chapter 2, Formula for Creating Wealth.
The conscious level and focus level interrelate by utilizing each of the words on the conscious level with each focal point on the focus level. For example: utilizing “passion” from the focus level, ask:
• “Who will benefit from my using passion to achieve this result?” and, “Who will help me become passionate so I can attain the result?”
• “What result will I use passion to achieve?” and, “Why is using passion to accomplish the result a priority?”
• “How do I best utilize passion to reach the desired result?”
Approach the other three levels—action, result, and learn-ing—the same as in the foundational model. If you didn’t fully achieve your desired result, want to improve your process, or care to achieve your result at a higher level, then iterate.
Review each level to determine what needs to change. Return to the conscious level and make the changes as you go through the model again. Then test the changes to determine if they are actually better.

Build Your Strategy
Open your Conscious Millionaire Journal. Write a three-step business strategy using conscious focused action. Develop your strategy utilizing the concept provided in the conscious step below. It is an important concept from this chapter.
1. Conscious: Select one of the core values you chose for your business. Develop a goal of utilizing this value to help grow your business. For example: “We value honesty and will be honest with everyone with whom we do business.”
2. Focused: As you focus on your goal, choose three actions that will help you begin to achieve it. Determine the precise order for your actions.
3. Action: During the next twenty-four hours, execute by tak-ing your three actions.
Grow Your Business
In your Conscious Millionaire Journal make notes on how you utilize each of the following to grow your business:
• Define a purpose for your business that expresses the difference you want to achieve.
• Select your top three to five business values. Communicate them to your team, customers, and suppliers.
• Choose one way you could leverage your passion to grow your business; then implement it.
