CORE COURSES:
Independent of the foundation semester, the MHRM program entails 14 courses for a total of 42 credit hours – 33 credits coming from 11 required core courses and 9 credits from the student’s choice of three electives from among the various offerings provided.
For students who take a full load of four courses every semester, it is possible to complete the entire program in four semesters (two years), or even more quickly if they choose summer coursework when available.

With this in mind, the four courses entail a common project that requires students to integrate and apply the range of concepts and analytical tools they have studied.
YU’s MHRM curriculum and learning outcomes have been carefully designed to prepare graduates to undertake meaningful decision-making roles in their organizations.
