About the programme: Programme graduates are able to solve problems of biological research
and practical tasks of applied biology; they have the knowledge of and skills in methods of live systems research on various levels of their organisation (molecule, cell, organism, population and ecosystem). They are able to follow rapidly changing scholarship in various disciplines (especially Molecular Biology and Genetics, Immunobiology, Biotechnologies); to use methods of biological and some chemistry disciplines; to use equipment and material used in basic and applied biological research; to analyse data obtained in experimental research and in fieldwork (in environmental‑ecology specialisation) and on the basis of gained data suggest possible solutions. Graduates have good practical skills from fieldwork and laboratory exercises. They can properly use gained knowledge and skills when solving tasks of basic and applied biological research, and thus promptly react to actual needs of social practice.

About the programme: Graduates of the second degree have an extensive language, speech
and intercultural competences and can adequately communicate in oral and written form at all stylistic levels. They are familiar with the apparatus of technical terms and concepts of information technologies in foreign language and their application in practice. They are able to apply acquired knowledge in the field of Hungarian culture (literature, music, fine art and drama), individual levels and functions of Hungarian language styles, literary scientific and literary historical disciplines. Graduates acquire basic analysis and interpretations of prosaic, drama and poetic texts.

About the programme: The study programme enables graduates to obtain skills to convey
orally and in written form in the Slovak and Italian languages the contents of the courses on cultural studies. Moreover, they are supposed to be able to hermeneutically allocate in the history of Italian civilisation the developmental landmarks of each historical period of its culture and understand its general impact on civilisation from a comparative point of view. Moreover, they are able to professionally and independently develop intercultural issues from any area, especially the Slovak and the Italian intercultural relations.
