1. Access any personal computer with online service and search for
www.GreatBasin.org with your browser. This takes you to the Great Basin Federal Credit Union official website.
2. To sign up, use the “New to Online Banking?” link in the Online Banking
section at the upper-left of the homepage.
3. Follow the prompts to set up your account. You will need to have an
email address on file with us to utilize Online Banking and Bill Pay
a. Your Username is your 5-digit Account Number. Check your
account statement or view your new member card given to you at the time of account opening
4. Now you are ready to use Online Banking to conduct your credit union
business quickly, conveniently, and securely! Customizing Your Username & Password
After accessing the Great Basin Federal Credit Union Online Banking for the first
time, it will prompt you to customize your Username and Password to ones that
you can easily remember.
Click on the User Options link
Choose settings
Click on either the Set Online Banking Username or Set Online
Banking Password link.
You will be prompted to enter your new custom Username or Password.
Default Usernames are your 5-digit account number; Online Banking
allows you to change the Usernames using your choice of letters and
numbers.
We highly encourage you to customize your password and keep your Online Banking login information confidential. If you forget your password, or
username you have the option to recover it online via the login screen (near the bottom of the screen).
Viewing Your Account Information
Click on the Account Info link and you will be brought to the Account
Summary screen. The Account Summary shows you up-to-the-minute balance information on your deposit, loan, and investment accounts.
To view detailed account activity, including deposits, withdrawals, and
transfers, just click on the corresponding account title; you will then access the Account Detail and Account History screens. To return to your Account Summary, click on the Account Info option. You can also click on

the green “plus sign” (+) next to any account for more action items.
Transferring Funds
You may transfer funds between your accounts by using the Account Transfer
feature.
From any screen, click on the Transfers link in the left side-bar menu.
Select the From and To sub-accounts from the appropriate drop-down
lists and then enter the dollar amount that you would like to transfer.
Click on the Transfer Funds button to initiate the transfer or, alternatively,
you may clear all fields and enter new information.
You will have the option of a one-time transfer or recurring transfer. These
can be set for immediate or a future date. You will be prompted to confirm the transfer prior to actually completing the transaction. Review your
transfer information and click Confirm Transfer to complete the process.
You may also cancel the transfer at this time by clicking Cancel Transfer.
You also have the option to transfer to another member’s account. On the
menu on the left, click Transfers and then click on Other Accounts. As long
as you have the account number and last name of the person to whom you wish to transfer, you can complete the transaction.
Another option is to transfer to Other Institutions. On the left menu, click
Transfer and click on the Other Institutions option, as long as you have the routing number and account number of the other institutions you’d like to transfer to, you can set up the transfers.
Download Account Information
You can download account information to be imported into Intuit's Quicken®
To download account information:
Click on the share or loan you wish to download information from
At the bottom of the detail screen, select Quicken download from
the Download history as or View as drop-down menu.
Online Bill Payment
Online Bill Payment allows you to pay bills through your personal computer, rather than by writing and mailing checks. Our FREE Online Bill Payment service allows scheduling of recurring payments and verification of past payments. To access Online Bill Payment:
Click on the Bill Pay link at the left-hand side of the screen.
