BLANCO

Principalmente elaborado con la variedad Macabeo. Tiene un color amarillo pálido, casi transparente. Muy limpio y brillante con unos intensos reflejos de oro metalizado y alguna tonalidad verdosa. Aroma intenso frutal (manzana, cítricos…). Una ligera acidez lo hace fresco y vivo en el paladar, llenando la boca de un sabor penetrante que permanece en el posgusto. Recomendable para tomarlo solo, como aperitivo, o acompañando a mariscos o pescados a la plancha. Mejor que no pase de los 8ºC para consumirlo. Si se puede, en cubitera

con agua y hielo.

Mainly elaborated with the Macabeo variety. Its colour is pale yellow, nearly transparent. Very clean and bright with intense metallic golden gleams and slight green tones. Its bouquet is intense and fruity (apple, citrus fruits...). A light sourness makes it refreshing and alive in the palate, filling your mouth with a penetrating flavour that leaves an aftertaste. Recommended to drink on its own, as an appetizer or to go with seafood and grilled fish. Preferably not above 8ºC and,

if possible, in an ice bucket with water and ice.

ROSADO

Presenta un bonito color rosa frambuesa, con algunos reflejos violáceos. Posee una notable potencia aromática que recuerda a las frutas rojas maduras (a fresa, cereza…) y a las golosinas blandas. Sabroso y refrescante al paladar con un punto de sana adicción que “invita a beber”. Para tomarlo solo o en compañía de arroces, embutidos, pasta, pizza… o lo que nos de la gana. Si está fresco y no pasa de los 10ºC, lo degustaremos mejor. Insisto en lo de la cubitera de agua con hielo… ya se pondrá a su temperatura adecuada en la copa. Por

It presents a beautiful raspberry pink colour, with some violet gleams. It has a strong and powerful bouquet that reminds one of ripe red fruits (strawberry, cherry) and soft sweets. TINTO

La picota es una variedad de cereza que, cuando está madura, tiene un color muy oscuro… como el de éste vino. Su juventud nos la muestra en unos intensos ribetes morados o violáceos. Predomina la garnacha en su composición. Es una variedad muy aromática, que nos recuerda a las bayas, a los frutos rojos. Es un vino joven, sin crianza en barrica, y no debemos conservarlo más de dos años. Mejor que no sobrepase los 15ºC para su degustación. Me lo imagino tomándolo en barra, acompañando de tapas y en la playa, fresquito, con unas sardinas a la plancha. Tú… te lo tomas como quieras. Este vino ha sido elegido en cata ciega, ante notario, para formar parte de la exclusiva colección 2012 del “Vino de las Piedras” de la

D.O.P. Cariñena.

Picota cherries present a very dark colour when ripe...just like this wine. Its youth is shown by intense purple or violet trims. Garnacha is the predominant variety in its composition. It is a very aromatic variety, with a bouquet that reminds us of red berries. It is a young wine, without barrel aging, and it must not be kept for longer than two years. It is better for it to be below 15ºC for its tasting. I can see myself drinking it at the bar together with some tapas or as a cool refreshment on the beach with some grilled sardines. You...you can drink it any way you want. This wine has been chosen in blind tasting before a notary to be part of the excusive 2012 "Vino de las Piedras" collection
