If you are not a perm sub, but a "regular" sub, they can also get the shot. They would need to get an employment verification letter by emailing Janet Grimes at DO.

I'm assuming this is not for substitute teachers, as we have no district ID.

The link says it’s for teachers who are assigned to the Amita group. So it’s not for support staff?

Good morning,

I just wanted to give you an update of where we are at with the sign up. Dr Strotkamp from AMITA needs a PIN from the state to ICARES to launch the EMTrack system. We were in contact with the state yesterday and he believes he will get that today. The reason we are waiting on scheduling with EMTrack is the amount of vaccines we can give. With EMTack the county will allow us to give 1000 vaccines a day. Without it they will only let us do 300. If the Dr cannot get the system running by this evening we will start scheduling tomorrow the old fashion way. I told the county yesterday that if they cannot get the system up, they have to let us do at least 500 a day so we can get all of you through in two weeks.

Everything is going really good with the opening this week. We put 130 people through in 1 hour yesterday with no problem. We have asked for more doses the rest of the week so we can get as many done as possible.

I hope to get good news today.

Thank you
