Before you begin printing, verify that your printer is installed correctly and that it is turned on. For instructions on installing printers, see Chapter 2, Installation. Fades in progress pause when reports are printing.
All print options are located on the Print Functions menu. To display the menu press [Set Up], select option 7, Print Functions, and press [Enter]. Expression displays the Print Functions screen illustrated below.

Cues
The cue report prints each cue on a separate page. From the Print Options Menu, select 2, and press [Enter]. Enter the first cue number you want to print, or enter 0 if you want to print all recorded cues. Press [Enter]. If you are selecting a range of cues to print, Expression prompts you for the last cue number to print. Enter the last cue number you want, and press [Enter]. Expression sends the report to the printer. To cancel the print operation before Expression sends the report to the printer, press [Clear].

Designer’s Worksheet
Since Worksheet regions are specialized macros, when you select the Print Designer’s Worksheet option, Expression prints all macros and worksheet regions.
From the Print Options Menu, select 9, and press [Enter]. Enter the first region you want to print, or enter 0 if you want to print all regions. Press [Enter]. If you are selecting a range of regions to print, enter the last region you want, and press [Enter]. Expression sends the report to printer.
To cancel the print operation, press [Clear].

Groups

Group Sheet
Group Sheet is a feature of Expression’s expanded memory option. Expression will only the print group sheet report when the expanded memory option is installed.
The group sheet report lists all recorded groups. If you have named the groups using the optional alphanumeric keyboard, the group name is also included in the printout.
To print group sheet, select 11 from the Print Options menu, then press [Enter].

Macros
The macro buttons report lists all recorded macros. It also prints Designer’s Worksheet regions since they are specialized macros. From the Print Options Menu, select 10, and press [Enter]. Enter the first macro you want to print, or enter 0 if you want to print all macros. Press [Enter]. If you are selecting a range of macros to print, Expression prompts you for the last macro. Enter the last macro you want, and press [Enter]. Expression sends the report to the printer.
To cancel the print operation, press [Clear].

From the Print Options Menu, select 8, and press [Enter]. Expression prints a report of all recorded real time programs on one sheet.
