2.8 Relevant command of clock

2.8.1 device clock local

[Function]

Configure the internal clock source. There is no command to delete the clock source.

device clock local priority <1-5> [quality (prc|ssua|ssub|sec|dnu| received)]

no device clock local [Parameter]

<1-5>: the priority of the clock

(prc | ssu-a | ssu-b | sec | dnu | received): the clock quality levels. prc: reference clock in line with G.811 recommendations; ssua: SSU-A-level clock in line with G.812 recommendations;

ssub: SSU-B-level clock in line with G.812 recommendations; sec: device clock in line with the G.813 recommendations; dnu: can not be used for synchronization; received: automatically extracted from the received signal..

[Default]

Default to be dnu when quality level hasn’t been configured.

Global configuration mode [Executing Command Instruction]

Quality level is configurable only when SSM enables.

[Example]

Configure the priority of the internal clock as 1 and quality level is taken to prc:

2.8.2 device clock sdh-port

[Function]

Configure sdh line clock source. There is no command to delete the clock source.

device clock sdh-port <1-2> priority <1-5> [quality (prc|ssua|ssub|sec|dnu| received)]

<1-2>: SDH port ID

<1-5>: the priority of the clock

Clear the user commands acts on line clock source to auto-switch the clock source that has been configured with priority.

[Function]

Configure operating status of the device clock PLL.

device clock pll (lock |freerun) [Parameter]

(lock | freerun): PLL operating mode. lock : tracking mode; freerun : free-running mode (to switch to local oscillator for OPCOM3107).

[Default]

PLL is tracking mode by default.
