1. On being called by Shri...on...a...a.m./p.m.: we, the above named Panchas, presented ourselves at the above place of search. The authorised Officer Shri...showed the warrant of authorisation dated...issued under section 132 of the Income-tax Act, 1961/37A of the W.T.Act,1957 in the case of (A) above, to search the place mentioned at (B) above and duly signed and sealed by the Director of Inspection (Inv.),New Delhi/Commissioner of Income-tax, New Delhi/Deputy Director of Inspection (Investigation),New Delhi/
