aDvISerAdviser means Bell Potter Adviser (unless the context indicates otherwise).appLIcatIon formS
Application Forms means the application forms attached to this Disclosure Document, which are to be completed by the Trustees and Members of the Fund.

Approved Auditor means an auditor authorised by law to audit self-managed superannuation Funds.
BeLL potter aDvISer
Bell Potter Adviser means the Bell Potter representative providing the Trustees with investment advice in relation to the securities market.
corporate truStee
Corporate Trustee means the Company to act as Trustee of the Fund, of which each Member must be a director.
Death BenefItS DepenDant Death Benefits Dependant of a person includes spouses (or former spouses), children under 18 years of age, persons with whom the person has an interdependency relationship and anyone financially dependent on the person.
DeeD
Deed means Trust Deed.
DepenDant or DepenDantS Dependant or dependants includes the spouse of a person, any child of the person, any person with whom the person had an interdependency relationship and anyone financially dependent on the person, including same-sex partners.

Fund means the superannuation fund to be specified in the Application Forms.
InterDepenDencY reLatIonShIp Two people will typically have an interdependency relationship if:
they have a close personal

relationship; and they live together; and
•
one or each of them provides the

other with financial support; and one or each of them provides the

other with domestic support and personal care.
If two people have a close personal relationship but do not satisfy the other conditions referred to above because either or both of them suffer from a physical, intellectual or psychiatric disability, they may nevertheless have an interdependency relationship.
InveStment StrategY Investment Strategy sets out the investment objectives of the Fund and details the investment methods the Fund will adopt to achieve these objectives.

meetings and decisions (where matters of the Fund were discussed).

Regulator means the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

SMSF means a self-managed superannuation fund for the purposes of Superannuation Law.
SuperannuatIon Law Superannuation Law means the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 and regulations and the Corporations Act 2001 and regulations (where applicable).
tax Law
Tax Law means the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936, the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 and related regulations.
truSteeS
Trustees mean the Trustees of the Fund to be specified in the Application Forms.
truSt DeeD
Trust Deed means the legal document(s) which establishes the Fund (including any amending deeds) and contains the governing rules for the operation of the Fund. Superannuation Laws also contain rules that apply to the operation of your Fund and are deemed to be part of every Fund’s Trust Deed.
