Involve/orient Ministry of Health (MOH) and other stakeholders for buy-in and sup- port.

Reach agreement on training site location and identi- fy trainers and/or consultants to plan for and conduct training.

Ensure ongoing communication to maintain continued support to training event.

Visit clinical training site(s) and meet with staff to discuss training event(s). Ensure availability of classroom(s) for lecture and group sessions.

Select and notify participants in collab- oration with training and service delivery unit. Reconfirm availability of trainer and co-trainer for event.

Review trainer skills, if needed, and continue communication with trainers for training event.

Upgrade clinical training site according to national training site selection criteria, if needed. This includes physical infrastructure and clinical practice standards and ensuring adequate client load for training.
