1) Consultant is required to ensure sufficient availability of all the resources namely Human Resources, and other resources such as software, hardware and other equipment required for all the services of the engaged

consultants.

2) The consultant will provide on-site consultancy and support and also provide facilities management services during the period of contract.

3) SLA is required for

a. Preparation of DPR,

b. Preparation of RFP for ERP Implementation Agency c. Evaluation of the Bids

d. Selection of ERP Implementation Agency

e. Monitoring the execution of work by ERP Implementation Agency.

4) The Consultant shall provide services as per service availability matrix, which defines maximum availability for all kinds of services agreed by the consultants

6 Resident Senior Consultant

Personnel Schedule

The Consultant will submit Personnel Schedule indicating clearly the duration in terms of person-months and the proposed timing of each input for each nominated expert.

A Team Structure Chart indicating relationships amongst the Consultant and IIMA to manage the assignment effectively shall also be provided.

Qualifications and Professional competence of Resident Senior Consultant

Resident Senior Consultant shall be required to score 75% or above as per criteria provided for Team members in Evaluation Criteria

Availability Requirements:

a. In case of exchange of manpower and other resources the substitute resource should be properly approved by IIMA.

b. The time defined is per quarter and aggregated time of all resources will be calculated quarterly/ half yearly/yearly to find total service availability.

In case of availability/ Delivery time is very less, the non-availability hours/

days to be calculated for all the deliverable services to make the payment

.
