CC-V TROUBLE MANAGEMENT FOR CAPTIONERS

Students will learn how to troubleshoot problems at the station end and at the captioner’s end as well as between the captioner and station. Students will also learn how to troubleshoot file problems.

CC-INT INTERNSHIP

Students shall spend time applying learned skills and knowledge to

realworld/simulated applications. Students shall also: 1) prepare a captioned translation of one hour of captioning services for course evaluation; 2) submit a narrative report summarizing the internship experience; 3) submit signed internship verification form.

The school is open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Day classes convene 7.5 hours each day Monday through Thursday.

Evening classes convene 5 hours each day Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
