SP must have a zone-based fire detection system within the Data Center facilities to monitor and continuously sample the air for any indication of fire and warn on-site staff of potential fire hazards, initiating extensive and localized emergency procedures to extinguish any fire at the source. The emergency procedures must include proper notification to the local fire department.

SP must have dry pipe suppression system and should will take the proper precautions and implement the proper industry standard safeguards to ensure unnecessary activation of fire-suppression equipment.

The SP should ensure that HVAC controls are in place to provide appropriate airflow, temperature, and humidity and such HVAC controls will be designed according to N+1 redundancy specifications. 26. Redundant CRAC/HVAC units to facilitate High density cooling needs

The temperature in the server hall should be maintained at 20 +/- 2 deg. Temperature Guidelines: Temperature as measured at approximately 48 inches above the raised floor surface on the front intake of each supported equipment cabinet.

The humidity at the data center should be maintained at 50 % +/- 5% RH. B. Humidity Guidelines: Humidity as measured at approximately 48 inches above the raised floor surface on the front intake of each supported equipment cabinet.

Building and Grounds

The data center facility building should be designed and constructed for earthquake resistance and should be away from hazardous chemical materials, LPG storage areas, chemical go-downs and other storage facilities meant for dangerous commodities.

hazards from floods, hurricane,tornado and lightning strike probabilities 34.
The Building housing the data centre [co-located site] and the entire infrastructure therein is covered under comprehensive insurance including risk related to earthquake, floods, fire, lightening etc Please indicate the risks covered under the policy.

Dedicated Seating/office space for 8 personnel for Network operations center. (31/2 Ft *3 Ft for each person).2 Telephone connections with STD facility to be provided to the full time Engineers (FTE) at the seating space. However, the actual telephone charges on usage will
be paid by the Bank.

controlled centrally in a room specifically to be used for BMS activities. The vendor should manage the BMS activities on a 24*7 basis or as the bank decides.

There should be two feeds from one or more local electric utilities/sub stations/Grid and shall be configured as required to support [bank’s IT infrastructure requirements. The Respondent shall provide redundant power distribution throughout the facility and each component within the system must be N+1 redundant
57. SP must properly ground the hardware and racks to the existing data center infrastructure.

On-site generator, able to handle the load for a period of at least 24 hours at full load, plus fuel contracts with multiple redundant providers with SLAs.

The SP shall provide the Data Center facility with conditioned power delivered via of redundant UPS systems. Power quality monitoring will be done by SP to protect bank's equipment and prevent data loss by eliminating surges and other irregularities in power.
60. All power cabling must be in segregated cable trays and separate path from the data cable trays 61. Two separate power paths from the UPS to be provided to each of the racks in the server / network communication room.

N + 1 redundant PDUs must feed bank’s space. PDUs must have redundant, diverse feeds from separate UPS modules. 74. The service provider will be responsible for LAN cabling between server rooms and seating area at the data center.

The cabling between the MMR/telecom room to caging are should be structured; service provider should provide the support for the same
throughout the contract period

AND WHEREAS, in terms of the conditions as stipulated in the Tender, the SERVICE PROVIDER is required to furnish a Bank Guarantee in lieu of the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), issued by a scheduled commercial bank in India in your favour to secure the order under Schedule 1 of the Tender in accordance with the Tender Document (which guarantee is hereinafter called as “BANK GUARANTEE”)

This Bank Guarantee shall continue and hold good until it is released by you on the application by the SERVICE PROVIDER after expiry of the relative guarantee period of the Tender and after the SERVICE PROVIDER had discharged all his obligations under the Tender and produced a certificate of due completion of work under the said Tender and submitted a “ No Demand Certificate “ provided always that the guarantee shall in no event remain in force after the day of ...without prejudice to your claim or claims arisen and demanded from or otherwise notified to us in writing before the expiry of the said date which will be enforceable against us notwithstanding that the same is or are enforced after the said date.

terms and conditions of the Tender or extend the time of performance of the Tender or to postpone any time or from time to time any of your rights or powers against the SERVICE PROVIDER and either to enforce or forbear to enforce any of the terms and conditions of the said Tender and we shall not be released from our liability under Bank Guarantee by exercise of your liberty with reference to matters

In order to give full effect to the guarantee herein contained, you shall be entitled to act as if we were your principal debtors in respect of all your claims against the SERVICE PROVIDER hereby guaranteed by us as aforesaid and we hereby expressly waive all our rights of surety ship and other rights, if any, which are in any way inconsistent with any of the provisions of Bank Guarantee.
