2.2.2. Volunteer groups
Considerando los resultados que se han logrado en estudios previos al complejar fármacos con PE, sería interesante efectuar un análisis comparativo de la estabilidad del diclofenac en forma libre y complejada y así evaluar la incidencia que puede tener la complejación sobre la estabilidad del fármaco.
Como parte de una futura formulación de un producto de liberación controlada, sería interesante evaluar el comportamiento de liberación del diclofenac al combinar complejos que presentaron liberaciones inmediatas, con aquellos que lograron un mayor control de la cesión del fármaco.
Podría pensarse en aprovechar el control que se puede tener de la liberación del diclofenac, debido a la disociación de los pares iónicos asociado a la posibilidad de micro o nanoencapsularlos con un polímero determinado y conseguir sistemas con comportamientos de liberación que garanticen un efecto prolongado en el tiempo.
Cuando se forma un complejo PE-F, muchas de las propiedades del compuesto original se modifican, es por ello que un estudio de permeación biológica permitiría evaluar si la complejación tuvo alguna influencia en este parámetro.
