The basic structure of the drawer unit shall be made out of 18 mm ply. It will have 2 NOS OF 20"x15"x6" made out of
12 mm th. ply sides, 6 mm th. ply bottom & front of the drawer unit 12 mm ply with 4mm thk.MDF with PU paint,
front facia & side supports sliding on channels it will have 0.60mm th balancing laminate on internal all surface. A wooden member of size: 2 ½” x ¾” shall be fixed between each drawers.

Providing, fabricating and placing in position Electric Motorized/Power driven with required HP, with suitable Single Phase motor starter with an option of Manual Pedal operative system based Rolling Shutter with MS interlocked panels spring gears etc. painted with red oxide and two coats of enamel paint of approved colour all complete as directed by bank/Consultant. ROLLING SHUTTER SHAL BE FIXED with MS tubular poles firmly fixed to the walls/beams/roofs etc.with end supports as per the site requirements.

P & F suspended gypsum plain false ceiling by using standard company sections (providing and fixing G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.50 mm thick having one flange of 20 mm. and another flange of nylon sleeves and Gypsteel Ultra or eq. in USG), which includes
screws, at 610AS mm centers, then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45 mm, 0.9 mm thick with two flanges of 15 mm each from the soffits at 1220 mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.50 mm thick fixed to soffits with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.50 mm. thickness having knurled web of 51.5 mm. and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm. area then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457 mm. centers.
12.5 mm tapered edge gyp board (conforming to is - 2095-2011) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25 mm drywall screws at 230 mm centers. Screws fixing is done mechanically either with screwdriver or drilling machine with suitable attachment.
Standard company manufactured sections (Gypsteel Ultra or eq. in USG) should be used for the entire framework. Finally the board of size 6’ x 4’ are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, paper tape only as per recommended practices of Saint-GobinGyproc India Ltd or USG
General notes for the item rate include: The job includes applying two or more coats of acrylic emulsion paint in the standard procedure
of the painting job as per the shade and finish suggested by the architect. The cut outs for variety of light fixtures and other equipment etc. and the same have to be made with the frame of perimeter channels of size 20 mm. x 27 mm. x 30 mm. x 0.50 mm. thick, supported suitably. No extra will be paid for this. Edge bead has to be used to protect the exposed gypsum core i.e. cut edges of opening for light fixtures.
The square edge joints shall be filled with jointing compound and paper tape. AdditionalG.I. or C.P. teakwood supports shall be
provided for fixing of variety of light fixtures, A.C. continues grill, diffusers etc. All sections visible from the ac grill shall be painted in black color. The final visible plan and elevation area will be considered for the measurement purpose. The work shall be executed through authorized applicator of Saint-GobinGyproc India Ltd. or USG
The contractor has to submit the certificate from gypsum india for the use of company sections (all) & boards along
with the final bill.
The job includes to the shape false ceiling & no extra will be paid for the same.
The contractor must get the work checked from the company’s representative – one on completion of framing
work & second on completion of boarding but before putting top coat. The unit measurement will be considered as the sq.mtrs. only.
The work includes to the shape areas & also the coves as per the layout & shall be measured in Sq. Mtr. Only.

Providing & Fixing Vertical blinds (on approval basis) with vertical drop of rich quality synthetic material fabric of color as approved by the architect. The fabric should have coated with dust repelling coating (both side scotch guard). The Vertical blinds should have a completely operating head rail mechanism out of organic polymer or hardened plastic parts. All hardware to be mechanically locked into the head rail by spring tempered aluminum alloy for maximum strength flexibility and resistance to corrosion. ( basic rate 1200 / per aq.mt)
Blinds should be provided with lock with stainless steel main roller and locking mechanism, complete as per manufacturing specifications. On site actual measurement will be considered as a mode of measurement.
